可是CP的排期不是和美国国内的一样么？有人贴数据说明从08年到10年中

If they have some Spillover that can not be used, they may advance PD in a
bigger step and let the CP demand to consume them.
Based on my understanding, a visa number is assigned/used as far as you
finish your interview. Although they need some time to do your name check,
this visa number is considered consumption. The approval rate of CP is very

2007. His excuse was that he wanted to let the CP consume left visa numbers
. In that summer, more than 17k EB3 Indians got GC. Some of them got from CP.
But because it is a black box, so you never know what they will do. Mr.O can
find 1000 reasons for his choice, hehe.

定，8月前进多点或是9月前进多点对08，09，10PD的兄弟们没多少区别。现在8月前进
少的话，demanding data不会增加太多。如果SP名额在9月多放的话，排气前进的幅度
会更大一些。 |

the flaws of Rocketfan's prediction. The most recent example is the argument
around the processing time. It also leads to some people believe that when
a case would not be part of the inventory until it get approved. All I'm
saying is some people's ungrounded prediction really misled new PDs.

1。 多年的经验证明，奥本发给你们的，一般都是假数据，假消息。他说排期最近会大跃进，那么肯定是蜗牛爬，他说蜗牛爬，说不定就会大跃进。对这些假消息假数据，你们还真当成宝贝藏着？
2。 关于数据分析，其实数据都是公开的，谁都可以去分析，经验表明移民排期不确定性很大，数据分析其实意义不大。
3。rocketfan 过去经常给大家带来真消息，也算是有功劳的，曾经倍受追捧，现在却遭到群殴，这绿卡排期真能把人变成鬼啊。 |

其实很简单的：每年按25000到30000可以被批计算， 看在你前面的有多少人，每月按
2000左右人数，然后减去1年。：因为建库存，你可以至少提前1年交485。。既然2009
，10， 11， 人数少，大家等的时间应该在3年交485，4道4.5 年批！！ |

自己FILE485，自己花钱请律师，并做好找下一个EMPLOYER的准备。
因为你还在这家公司工作，HR没有理由不提供EVL给你，其他你都可以自己搞定。12月
已经开始，刨除节假日，总共只有三个星期左右。这个月如果错过，排期还有可能继续
前进，但倒退的可能性也不是没有。你的PD是2008年1月，只要485递上去，本年度拿绿
卡十拿九稳。这么多年都熬过来了，可千万不要临门一脚泄气呀。

You don't need your HR to provide EVL. Your boss/division head can write an
EVL. Make sure use company letterhead. |

最坏的情况下退一步海阔天空，跟他们签个协议答应拿到绿卡后再工作多少个月云云。

下来，并不代表不帮你办。你可以以退为进，跟他们好好谈一谈他们的顾虑到底是什么
，只要这个月给你上485，什么条件都可以谈，打消他们的顾虑。另外，如果公司里有
什么重量级人物说得上话，现在是他派大用场的时候了。君子报仇，十年不晚，等拿了

but he can't do much because the President steps on his face everyday.
I started working in 2003 and I asked them to file PERM in 2005, but my PERM
was delayed for 2-3 years. That's why I got such a late PD. He told me he
did job posting on newspaper in 2006, but after two years he told me: no, we
didn't do anything.
