上周日打完篮球后全身酸痛了几天，昨天做了YogaX貌似对缓和肌肉酸痛很有效，虽然
只做了一半，今天完全不酸了。今天力气回来了，天气也不错，打算下班跑步去。
3-6-13 110.3 lb
吃：1,831卡 208(carb) 52（fat） 135(protein)
练：p90x YogaX 40mins (只做了1半）
白天胃还是不舒服浑身乏力，晚上胃口回来了，和娃视频时不断吃craker，杏脯。。身
体还是没有完全恢复，YogaX只做了一半就想睡觉了。

发帖数: 26270 | 3 一般说来，减肥的时候建议用很light的salad dressing，比如olive oil + balsamic
vinegar，甚至不用dressing，但是有人喜欢creamy salad dressing，怎么办呢？
不妨自己用Greek yogurt做dressing，如果还嫌不够creamy，再加点打碎的avocado 进
去。调味就看自己了，我一般会放点盐 胡椒 和新鲜香料进去（basil, cilantro都很
合适），还可以放点辣酱（比如印度菜常用的green chili sauce，或者墨西哥菜常用
的red chili sauce）。一小盒Fage Greek yogurt调好以后，可以吃3-4次。
比如这个，就是用Fage total 0% Greek yogurt, avocado, green chili sauce,
chopped green olive调成的沙拉酱。

，平均每天运动消耗200卡。
没有特殊减重需要，维持和塑形为主。
以下是工作日的饮食安排，大家看看有啥应该改进的。周末稍放纵，但两天总热量摄入
不超过3200卡
一般工作日三餐安排如下
早：黑咖+燕麦/烤红薯+豆奶/杏仁奶+一个鸡蛋 ～350卡
snack：1oz 杏仁 ～160卡
午：chicken/turkey breast/roast beef + veggie/dark leafy green ~ 350卡
snack：苹果/fruit ～ 100卡
晚：chicken/turkey breast/roast beef + veggie/dark leafy green ~ 350卡
一般肉类都是deli meat少盐那种，这样饮食结构可行嘛？吃会有健康隐患嘛？

另外，加了油和盐roast也增加不了多少热量，也就是盐多一些而已。出汗多的时候多

新同学正好刚吃完早餐。
把旅馆的帐结了，拿了行李出发。
现在开车前往德尔斐小镇（Delphi）。
开不了一会儿大概11：00左右就到了。
先简单说一下德尔菲吧。
德尔菲是古希腊最重要的神谕处（Oracle），也就是接受神的旨意的地方。
在古希腊神话中，众神之王宙斯（Zeus）为了确定大地的中心，从东西两端放飞两只神
鹰。
神鹰相向翱翔，最后在德尔斐相会，宙斯由此断定德尔斐是大地的中心，或者叫做“大
地的肚脐”。
正是在这里，宙斯的儿子，也就是太阳神阿波罗（Apollo），杀死了盘踞在此处的“巨
蟒”（Python）。
所以人们在此处修建祭坛来祭祀阿波罗。
后来人们也在此占卜以求得到神的旨意。
除了重要的宗教意义以外，德尔菲还是每四年一次的皮提亚运动会（Pythian Games）
的举办场地。
古希腊一共有四个著名的运动会，每年轮流举行其中的一个。
最著名的就是大家都知道的奥林匹克运动会（Olympic Games），排名第二的就是这个

备料：无皮花生仁，四川花椒，干辣椒(剪成细条)，盐, 白糖
设备：锅，炉子，dehydrator, oven with rotisserie(optoinal)。
1。煮花生/泡花生。
将从超高内买来的袋装去皮花生仁倒入锅内，加入适量水，加入盐，白糖，花椒，辣椒. 调料
多少可以按各人口味而定。另外可以选择在锅里加少量桂皮，或是八角来调味，也是依
各人口味而定。
开锅后，调至小火，维持沸腾20分钟。
关火后浸泡3个小时以上。

标 题: 原创:自制黄飞红花生的方法

备料：无皮花生仁，四川花椒，干辣椒(剪成细条)，盐, 白糖
设备：锅，炉子，dehydrator, oven with rotisserie(optoinal)。
1。煮花生/泡花生。
将从超高内买来的袋装去皮花生仁倒入锅内，加入适量水，加入盐，白糖，花椒，辣椒. 调料
多少可以按各人口味而定。另外可以选择在锅里加少量桂皮，或是八角来调味，也是依
各人口味而定。
开锅后，调至小火，维持沸腾20分钟。
关火后浸泡3个小时以上。
我又试了一下只煮调料水，然后泡生花生，效果也一样，花生的卖相稍好些。
2。干燥
将浸泡好的花生浰干放入dehydrator上烘干20-24小时。具体时间要根据当地的湿度而
定，个人掌握吧，反正多干一些不会有问题的。
如果没有dehydrator,就用家里 range代替。在rack上铺foil paper,并扎上比较密集的
