2. 手动档在离合器踏板被踩下后，clutch disc 是怎么同时脱离 flywheel (which is

bolted to the flywheel)的？我知道薄片弹簧 （diaphram spring） 用杠杆作用把
pressure plate撬离 clutch disc， 但是cluth disc应该还是跟flywheel接触的阿，

要大量的出惊人的文章来确立自己的地位，但是没人关心数据的质量。一个PI，哪怕是
自己手下瞒着自己manipulate data，也是要付很大的连带责任的，而且错误的数据错
误的结论，尤其是发表在不错杂志上的，危害很大，一个实验室如果有两篇retracted
的文章，那一定需要有外界力量介入，即便不停止实验室运转一段时间，也需要一定的
整顿和第三方的严格后期观察，虽然不至于像日本的Riken干细胞所那么极端，也肯定
需要做些啥。
想当年Scripps的一个做膜蛋白结构的，当年也是rising star，因为用错软件造成了结
构解析的错误，retract了两篇NCS文章，这还算是honest mistake，不是人为去伪造数
据，都导致了很严重的后果，以至于最后在scripps呆不下去，跳到了其它地方。其实
他后来做的非常不错，奠定了自己在业界的地位，但是当年也是很困难的熬过了一段时
间，funding申请都受很大影响，而且最后还是呆不下去。相比较看harvard这样暗地里
