一直尽可能控制在162/163，除了最后的0.5迈。前7迈大概10mph的顶风，跑的非常痛苦
，掉头以后按说应该是顺风，不知为什么感觉迎面还是有风，感觉还是不好，回来以后
算了一下14迈平均pace 6:55。
今天开跑的时候状态就一般，最近几周speedwork跑的也非常少，跑完以后明显感觉肌
肉很酸。从今天的情况看起来如果平地，不顶风的话305估计有戏，sub 3只怕现在水平
还是不够。
最近几周因为hamstring有伤每周只敢跑40几迈，周中的tempo也没怎么跑，体重还上升
了不少。还有3周比赛，hamstring还没全好不敢push的太厉害。请教一下，最后三周是
应该多跑easy run保证里程呢？还是应该牺牲一点里程争取再跑两次tempo呢？

刚结束了为期三天半的大雾山萤火虫之旅，赶紧和大家分享一下攻略心得。
Great Smoky Mountains------大雾山，又叫大烟山，位于田纳西州和北卡州的交界处
，占地522419英亩，同时有大山，森林，瀑布，溪流，野生动植物的自然景观，印第安
原住民建筑的人文历史景观，以及山下小镇设施齐全的游乐场， 为口味迥异的游客提
供了丰富多样的选择。因此，不难理解大雾山是全美游客最多的国家公园，再加上鹤立
鸡群的地理位置（可怜的中部大农村人民只有名不见经传的Ohio的Cuyahoga Valley和
只有一个长洞的Kentucky的Mammoth Cave），和三季皆宜/异（冬天主要是山路会关）
的气候条件，成就了大雾山国家公园在美国的冠军地位。10月看红叶的时候是游客最多
的，其次是夏天，包括萤火虫季节，春天较少，主要是看野花和飙车的，所以要做好人
山人海的心理准备。

1.只能喝热水的记得带上保温杯，如果计划去的地方不能带水的话，NY的大街上随便找
麦当劳就可以买水，DC有的博物馆里面有food court可以买水。
2.请大家一定不要高估中国胃家长对美国餐的忍耐力。一两顿可以，再多就吃不消了。
如果旅途比较紧张不方便找中餐的话，美式中餐也是不错的alternative。如果家长对
中餐的要求还比较高的，觉得玩是其次的，请大家提前在网上找好，远一点不要紧，路
上费时间也不要紧，少安排几个景点多花点钱都是值得的，千万不要指望老Chinatown
能满足条件，都是骗外国人的。
3.不要睡到中午才起，一定不要skip早餐，带些方便面榨菜。路上能带点心就带一点，
出门不能保证按时吃饭，饿了可以先压一压，特别是有低血糖的家长。
4.记得带上各种常用药比如过敏药晕车药创口贴等，紧急药，如果有长期吃的药也要记
得。不提倡旅途中生病挺着不去看病。
5.多帮家长拍照，多跟他们合影。
6.旅馆不要选条件太差的，至少两星半，最好三星。
7.行程不要安排得太满，先把必去的玩到，每天计划几个备选景点，有多余时间再去转
转。

本来今天计划的很好，出门看病，回来时候去walmart买卫生巾。结果今天一大早就没
有好运气。Bloomingdales加到cart里checkout 时候没有了，没买成，安慰自己说省钱
了。结果出门看医生丢了钱包，悲催的连中午买饭的钱都没有，卫生巾今天用了最后一
块，需要买也没钱。来美国10多年了，我的钱包里基本没有现金，最多20刀。可是今天
的钱包中有将近1000刀现金。最奇怪的是我无论如何想不通我的钱包到底丢在哪里了。
钱包很大，里面装了我所有的卡。
自从遭遇小三和老公出轨已经4年多了，一直都没有走出来。7月份因为一些事情我又一
次陷入了depression，一个月的时间不与外界交流，躲在家里无穷无尽的看电视，每天
只吃一顿饭，手里的工作也停滞不前。一个月以前我觉得不能再这样下去了，约了心理

Cat and Dog were friends. One day they decided to visit a zoo. They saw
lions, bears, tigers, seals, zebras, giraffes, and more. When looking at the
ducks, Cat felt the need to poo, and Dog felt the need to pee.
Cat found Donkey's lunch bowl full of cereal and began to dig and poo in it.
Donkey shouted, "What the fxxx you are doing?" Meanwhile, Dog found
