北京动物园是陪伴我长大的动物园，所以应当说很熟悉。最近又去了一趟，几十年的格
局并没有太大变化。总体来说它的优点是：占地面积大，一天下来腿都软了；动物种类
多，虽然冬天展出的少；会有一些有中国特色的知识介绍，比如虎符；票价便宜，所以
要养活这些动物肯定国家得出钱啦；最近几年和国际接轨，厕所相当先进，除了男女厕
，已经有单间的 family restroom 了，里面配备抽水马桶，洗手池，洗手液，卫生纸
，婴儿换尿片的 changing table。
但是去过几个美国的动物园之后，我对北京动物园（也许国内其它动物园也这样）的看
到的一些现象很不舒服：
一是动物园的许多动物都很“好客”，一看见游人就走过来，显然它们已经习惯了游人
给它们吃的，而动物园每个展示动物的地方都会有牌子禁止给动物喂食，游人无视规则
