restroom。LG让女儿自己进去，让一直高声唱歌，他在门口听－那个restroom很小。游
泳在家换好了。中间女儿上厕所请朋友或不当班的救生员帮忙。常去的地方都了解，而
我们一般避免LG单独带去没有family restroom的地方－否则一般会有别的妈妈同去。 |

旅途指南
一、北京首都国际机场指南
1． 进入机场，大方向是“国际出发”。别走“国内出发”。要进去，首先可能要查行
李。一般会有机场工作人员问：你是否带了需要报关的物品？回答：没有。他要查，就
让他翻。如果行李被查过了，不用着急，把所有东西整齐的装好。
2． 购买机场建设费。
3． 换取登机牌，同时托运行李。拿着护照、机票、机场建设费找到换登机牌的地方。
换登机牌的位置很可能是按照航空公司安排的，所以寻找合航空公司的标志。换登机牌
时，服务人员会问你是否有行李要托运。这时就把大行李箱都托运，只留一个随身携带
的包（装重要的东西，如机票、护照等，还有这份旅途指南及其他的材料）就行了。随
身带笔，因为飞机上要填表。
行李托运后，工作人员会在你们的行李上贴上一个条，条上有一些关于你们的信息，一
看就知道这个行李是谁的。同时，也会在你们的机票上贴一份有同样信息的条。这个一
定要收好，等到了美国取行李时全凭它了。
4． 海关申报。可能在这时候，也可能在什么别的时候，你们要填表给中国海关，也就

父母来美国很顺利。为了减轻他们的压力，我们不让他们转机，从上海到华盛顿没有直
达的飞机，所以给他们买了到Newark的往返机票。我们到Newark去接他们。另外，不让
他们带托运行李，这样他们过关后不必取行李。还给他们准备了填好的I-94表和海关申
报表让他们在飞机上照着抄写。还给海关官员准备了一封信，介绍他们的情况，以方便
通关。另外准备了来美旅途指南，让他们预先熟悉情况等。结果听说海关官员啥都没问
他们，也没查他们的行李，顺利就出来了。他们一出来，就看到我们已经等在出口处了
。现把相关的资料放在这儿，以方便有需要的人参考。

那种袋装的葱油饼。我有一次去restroom （去restroom需要穿过厨房,这个比较搞），

参加了比赛，也又一次锻炼了我的小心脏，还让我的小心脏越来越强大了。
昨晚的比赛，因为我们队的绝对高手鲑鱼同学被DQ了，我被迫披挂上阵去打No.1

上完芭蕾課，我女兒去更衣室換衣服，我也隨后跟進去，發現有個中國男的帶著他的女
兒在里面
換衣服，他女兒呀不小了，六歲多了，里面有個老美媽媽很不高興，帶著女兒沒換衣服
就走了，
嘴里說： ｗｅ ａｒｅ ｎｏｔ ｈａｖｉｎｇ ａ ｐａｒｔｙ ｈｅｒｅ．想到
上中國老
師芭蕾結束的時候，很多爸爸，就直接到更衣室去幫孩子換衣服，我心里不爽，也不好
意思說。
我想有兩個問題：
１.這些中國家長太不注意了，孩子都不小了，７歲了，怎么一點不避諱？中國老師那
兒都有８，
９歲的孩子了。
２.有些中國孩子自理能力太差，六七歲了還要父母幫換衣服。上次帶女兒去游泳，人
家女更衣室
明文規定大于５歲的男孩子就不讓進。還是有個六歲的中國男孩，媽媽帶進來換衣服，
真是難
受。
