够大，不热，有family restroom － 换尿布方便，喂奶可以去换衣间，macy's，
dillards，或是很多专卖店的换衣间有给残疾人的那种，很大，可以把婴儿车推进去，
一般就是我妈和我一起试衣服，我顺便喂奶。
饭店的话，最好是条件好的，有family restroom的，要不宝宝便便了不好办，稍微好
一点的美国那种连锁餐馆都有－我去了chesscake factory。小的餐馆就没去了，大的
中餐馆，那种自助餐的，虽然没有单独卫生间，但是卫生间够大够干净也可以。 |

找那种FAMILY RESTROOM,自己在里面比较自在.小机场没有FAMILY RESTROOM,要么就得

要拉屎。 问题是人家拉屎一定要坐马桶，公共场所的马桶经常是自动冲水，感应器又
常坏掉。 经常是宝宝刚开始使劲就拼命抽水， 吓得宝宝从此不敢坐公共场合的马桶。
一坐下就大哭，吵着要下来。下来以后又叫着要popo要popo要popo，死活不肯拉在尿
布上。 我们从此一出门只好带着potty.
那天去商场，忘记带potty, 忽然宝说要popo，傻眼了。 寻思着一个人整不过来啊，
人家不肯拉尿布，也不肯坐公共马桶，就拉着她爹，好不容易找到个family restroom
。 结果里面灯是坏的。 她爹就用手机的电筒功能, 照个明。 然后她爹手捂个感应器
（还时不时地要保持手机亮着），俺和她爹蹲着, 死活把宝宝按在马桶上，不停的安慰
安抚她，说马桶不会乱冲的。 宝宝哭了好一会儿，一直往后望啊望，看着马桶哭，后
来看马桶真的不冲，终于不哭开始使劲。
刚拉了点儿，一使劲， 哇地吐了两大口。 俺背后衣服全湿透了, 酸不拉唧全是奶.

就是因为2岁多的时候给别人无心开的玩笑吓倒过。其间曾经被冲水的吓过，后来慢慢
好了。

泳的时候有个妈妈带了6、7岁的小男孩进去，我就觉得有点别扭，带女儿换了个地方。
我LG一次带女儿在修车铺，没有family restroom，就让四岁的女儿自己进了女厕所，
一直大声唱歌，LG在门外听着，那是担心里面有别的大人对孩子不利。当然我同意LG不
带孩子去男厕所，因为不想女儿万一看到什么。
在家其实没人管怎么洗的换的。不过四岁以上的孩子基本上能自己洗了，大人也就在一
边看着点督促一下而已。再大点过渡到不用大人看应该是很自然的过程，不用特别强调

wash liquid. There is cold water faucet but that's it, not a even a single
paper towle or hand dryer. I "rinsed" my hands and dried them on my jacket.

It's really getting old with this cleaness issue though - most places (
restaurants, etc) in Beijing do not offer any hand cleaning facility in
restrooms. Airport does, some good hotels and famous chain restaurants do
though.

好望restroom进去。
恰逢lunch时间。

我没有回答。
有些问题，没有必要回答，就不要回答。您回答了，可能有麻烦。您不回答，就可能避
免了麻烦。
移民官也不希望您回答。
您回答了，他（她）还要斟酌要不要进一步调查。如不调查，谁敢说您没有问题？真有
问题，移民官要负没有调查的责任。调查了，您又确实没有问题。但给移民官带来了额

奥运的时候中国国家沙排队就是在此集训的。如果不玩沙排，也可以玩玩飞盘，沙滩足
球，游泳，或者boogie board冲浪，就算什么都不玩，光是坐着晒晒太阳，看看来来往
往的俊男美女，也是一种享受。
沙排活动为7月31日中午2:30pm开始，可以玩到6:30pm，再晚可能比较冷了。

房间的厅很大，采光好，living room和dining room分开，适合开party。2间bd大小差
不多，一间面街稍大，采光也好一些。夹在2bd之间是restroom（restroom有2扇门），
有点怪。
总体，这房子没有什么硬伤，但是要是想多住一个人，会很麻烦。听说他们会查房，多
一个人的fee是200多刀一个月。 |

但有特色的街道，不过偶没看过。对偶来说走路以来省了坐地铁或BUS的钱(太穷的说)，
二来也可以锻炼身体。只要不是要赶火车之类，走路可快可慢，况且还有很多WINDOW
SHOPPING的机会，而不是象在乡下HIKING总是在树丛里钻来钻去。
当然罗，在纽约走路也有不好的地方，空气没有乡下好，总是有TRAFFIC NOISE，过马路
还得小心，但想想在这个城市里生活不易，在街上闲走也算是穷人的一个不错的活动吧。
要出门走路，偶一般穿运动鞋，背一个DAYPACK，这样该带的东西都能带着，买了什么也
有地方装，不象从前开车买了什么往车上扔就是了。纽约跟其他大城市一样，什么都不容
易。走久了，难免要LOOK FOR RESTROOM，上回跟一个MM还开玩笑说要写个纽约厕所指南
，可能还很好卖哩。最记得上回在TIME SQUARE的那个蜡像馆，临出门，导游得意的对大
家说，想上厕所的赶紧去，在TIME SQUARE你找不到第二家这样干净的RESTROOM啦。偶知
道这可不是开玩笑。 |

I think running stimulates bowl movement, and that's a good thing.
I just planned out my running routes with restroom stops.
Now I don't have that much urge to go for pit-stop during the run,
I guess my digestive system has adapted to running.
The best way is to run with empty-stomach and use restroom before
heading out.

发帖数: 2405 | 49 Arrived around 7. Spent about 15-20 minutes to get in corral B.
No restrooms around start area, had to spend 10 minutes after 2 mikes
waiting for restroom. Too crowed to run. Dozen male old ugly naked runners
with their SZQ look like ChuSheng's.
After finish, I walk, jog back to market st, few miles shorter than I
expected when I see BART station.
Overall, a fun event. Should try to get in corral 15-30 mnutes early to
avoid crows.
I didn't train lately, so the pace was prety slow, around 8:40. |

the bottle of hammer perpetuem I originally planned to drink before the race
, and instead drank gatorade. We packed our stuff and got in the car. The
dark and foggy road winded up to 10,200ft, and there we are, at the starting
line of Leadville 100 mile trail run.
I told serendip that we are going out slow after the gun. We started out
running pretty much as slow as we could. I was breathing 5/5 with my mouth
