difference between 3.5 vs 10 hours is insignificant if you leave it
overnight.
The only thing I found an L2 charger can be useful is for pre-heating the
car in cold weather. If I preheat the car 20 min before leaving and the car
is connected to an L1 charger, you will lose about 0.5kWh because the

you own a 250+ miles EV does not mean you have to drive 250+ miles everyday.
on average, the commute distance in the US is only 20-30 miles per day. that
