根据报告全文，皮尤中心给19，984名科学家发出了调查问卷，3748人（18.8%）完成了

牙齿的事情我没有说清楚，不是常规洗牙，而是有一颗牙必须要拔了，洗牙只是顺便。
上个星期我们带漂漂看了2个医生，都说是一定要拔，而且越快越好。
今天早上我又问了一下医生要不要等一段时间，重新做一下检查再拔牙。她们还是建议
尽早先拔牙，因为必须要拔，而且口腔里有感染其实对身体的其他器官不好。既然现在
检查出这项指标不好，她们在手术的时候会比较当心的,而且会在手术前中后都给漂漂
输液.
所以明天还是先把牙齿的问题解决了吧，过一段时间再给漂漂做些仔细的检查。

来浪费的。以前开过另外一种，还一种，猫都是舔下。她不吃，我只能给她平时吃的，
所以这2个指数一直上升，这个过程慢点就行了。
我回来再折腾猫的饭，我首先要保证猫大人快乐，不能太痛苦太STRESS。她是个猫球，

以没做CT。就当dehydration治了， 结果大量输液，全部third spacing到腹腔。
他们当时可以CT without contrast, AXR, 哪怕一个稍微认真点的，physical exam 都
检查得出来， 13L 啊！这么多积水造成compartment syndrome, which blocks the
renal perfusion, creatinine 怎么能不高？
这里有很大的疏忽和失误，所以他们现在仔细很多。。。
医院和医院差距太大了。。。

也就是说5年之后cost basis就是0了。我的理解是：
1）如果地毯在5年后需要换，那么房东不应该charge tenant，因为已经没有basis了。
2）如果用了3年换，假设是tenant顺坏了地毯，那么房东可以charge 40%的
depreciated cost。是旧地毯的cost，而并不是新换的地毯的cost。
现在房东说地毯可以用8年，所以用了5年后的地毯要被换了，他们要charge 3/8的新地
