治疗方法估计两地差别不大，我太太现在是在每天家做腹膜透析（血透必须在诊所），
效果还行，就是要严防并发症，炎症等。她做透析已有两年，进过四次ER。
我很关心在国内做透析的费用，你有这方面的信息吗？

if surgery is not possible, then chemotherapy. RCCs typically have abnormal

special skills in surgical oncology.
you can also directly call the the urology departments of the major cancer
centers (MSK, MD Anderson etc) . they will ask you to send your medical
summary and images in for review. if surgeons there determine they may be
able to offer you a better solution, then they will ask you to come over. |

this is papillary cell renal cell carcinoma, stage III.
radiation and conventional themotherapy are NOT useful. if resection is
complete, prognosis is on the optimistic side. |

what's the cause of renal failure, how long, what medications is he on, had
hemodialysis or not? Any labs including baseline creatinine, potassium,
phosphorus, calcium, as well as cbc.
As for the treatment, the only cure is kidney transplantation. Any
medication is for symptom relief and supportive only.
