very limited information,
many elderly with low albumin level because of poor nutrition,
most of liver patients with low albumin because of decreased prodcution,
if you already ruled out renal loss such as in nephrotic syndrome, then
there is possible GI loss, such as sprue disease and inflammatory bowel
diseases, in that nature,
again, infusion of albumin is expensive and rarely effective(maybe in
hepatorenal syndrome but i doubt it) and it's a waste of money and time,
better find out the caus |

calcium supplement plus biphosphonate, such as fosamax and actonel, both can
be taken once a week, but could cause esophagitis so recommend to take
30min before food and sit up at least 20 min or so,
boniva is new, can receive infusion every three months so much easier to
tolerate,
zometa is sometimes used, it's once a year infusion but it's not FDA
labelled use for osteoporosis,
both boniva and zometa should be used judiciously in patient with renal
insufficiency,

rhabdomyolysis, which is the breaking down of muscle cells in strenuous
activity,
make sure you push plenty of fluids the next few days to flush out the

有问题。考虑我过去曾经因为感染发过高烧住院，专家就开了ultrasound的检查，主要
是膀胱和肾。
结果是: 左肾发现 一个 renal mass.其他都正常。 需要进一步CT with injection
something into vein 确认会不会有癌症。
病史：
过去几年有过几次尿路感染，基本上都是同房的原因。第一次时候，发了高烧。其他都
是感觉不舒服，就去看医生了，没有引起发烧。大概一年一两次。后来特别注意卫生问
题。很少感染了。
每次感染后，都去医生那里检查，开药，然后再确定感染完全消除。有时候，稍微有点
不舒服，就去检查了，大部分是没问题。去年12月份的年检，一切都正常。平时没有什
么不舒服的。也注意锻炼身体。
去年1月份感染时，去看了泌尿科（不是在美国），做过一些检查，包括超声，血液，
尿液，针对膀胱和肾的。对肾还做过CT, 检查结石，都显示正常。不同的是，片子没有
