我觉得这个社会如你所说很多时候已经是道德沦陷了。。所以JM们，尤其是涉世不深的
单纯的女孩，非常非常容易被
骗。尤其在美国，每个人都很自私，尤其是男人。所以利用别人的不想承诺的男生很多
的。尤其是网站上认识的尤其要
留意，千万不要被花言巧语或浪漫骗了。一开始就要时刻留意自己的目标，就是结婚或
是认真的谈。如果感觉对方没有
共同目标或摸棱两可，就要提防。因为仅仅是拖啊拖的，他们照样得到他们想要的好处
，而你却浪费很多宝贵的青春和
时间，以及感情受到伤害。
所以我觉得这个社会，尤其是法律没有保护，把女性逼回了最原始的社会和自我保护办
法。就是把这些个男的
motivation给止掉。这怎么说了，就是心理学里的把一个人跟你在一起的
reinforcement去掉。
如果这个人是为了性（这是很多坏男的conscious或者unconscious的motivation），那
你就不给他这个。如果她跟你
继续，他就是喜欢你的别的方面，不单只是性。如果他离开，他就是该被流产的怪胎了

super strong and rigid. it's perfectly straight. all that hard work paid off
. it has 7 internal structural reinforcement, all joints are recessed to
increase rigidity. you have to pay a lot of money on a commercial speaker to
have this level of construction. the towers are all ready for gluing as
well. they have 10 internal reinforcement each. really complicated to make
the way I did it. I doubt I will build a speaker this |

I say 地基, I mean the foundation wall and footing. I'm not talking about
the floor, because unless it's a slab, it doesn't bear any load at all. Even
for slab, the shear stress is negligible (again, expect for CA), and thus
not so much need for steel reinforcement. But for foundation walls, the
reinforcement (steel or non-steel) gotta be there, because concrete can't
handle the shear stress. |

Most foundation in US, they first install the wood forms,then pouring in the

“与其说是培养孩子，不如说是先培养自己的情商，然后给孩子做榜样”——举双手赞
成这话。
我认为，面对负面情绪，最好还是慢慢学会控制自己，这样对人对己都好。以前一直觉
得教孩子就象训练动物那样的强化条件反射，所以如果其他办法都不管用，就经常用训
斥、表现得生气等心理学上所谓的negative reinforcement，事实证明这样的行为的效
果和给孩子造成的伤害比起来，是得不偿失的。这也是我为什么对那时的错误感到无比
内疚的原因。任何学习的过程都可以解释为强化条件反射的过程，但对孩子来说，不是
任何强化都有助于学习，negative reinforcement虽然可以校正某些行为，但同时孩子
也会学习用同样的方法处理问题，如果当孩子用和大人一样的方法却得到完全不同的结
果时，孩子还会很迷惑，进而对大人产生不信任。
比较抵触什么trouble two，trouble three的说法，我觉得那是基于家长作风的一种对
孩子彻头彻尾的歧视。事实上，这里所谓的trouble应该是家长没有因为孩子的发展规
律适时地调整教养方式，而给孩子 |

看blog，上面有case studies，这个比较针对如何self-control
对于家长不喜欢的行为，貌似最有效的办法是鼓励/支持/培养我们希望看到的行为，同
时让孩子承担负面行为的后果（越自然的后果越好）
比如，当孩子有负面情绪的时候，我们希望孩子能calm down，aware of their
emotions，constructively express their feelings，find a solution
lz的case，偶觉着孩子已经形成了在家里一有不满，就以大发脾气大搞破坏的形式来发
泄。改这个习惯之前，咱得帮着孩子想几个alternative 平静以及发泄的方式，且
positively reinforce 这些行为
比如，一旦孩子发脾气，可以要求孩子深呼吸，4(in)-7(hold)-8(out)，可以让孩子自
己数或者刚开始大人替着数；让孩子把不满情绪说（喊）/写出来，而不是以破坏东西
的方式发泄出来；可以教孩子说

我上的培训课也有相似的内容，我家每两周一次有专门的老师来给我做培训，这个问题
也是好久的话题了。
我会在饭前给他提醒，吃饭要怎样，都是很简单的rules，还会强调吃完饭有好吃的酸
奶，也会做出饭菜狠香的样子（我给他准备的饭菜确实挺好吃啊，汗～～～），还会让
他挑盘子和碗的颜色。
平时给他编故事，他也知道吃饭要怎样，也知道批判故事的人物，知道学习哪些。
在学校午饭的事儿，早晨送去就叮嘱，接回来没吃，饿肚子到晚上，哭，趁机教育，拖
到4点给吃，第二天送时再提醒，教育，帮他回忆，这都是大概两周前做的，不是每天
做全部，至少也是每天下午饿的时候给他教育。
晚饭气氛就像我说的，还是挺好的，他自己是enjoy的样子，但是吃了几口就开始玩了
，敲碗唱讨饭歌什么的，循循诱导没有用，坚持了绝对不止一两周了。
以前他老师是晚饭时间在这里，给他stamp什么的，这个是他们的方法，是根据给ASD（
autistic spectrum disorder）孩子的一些干预理论来的，做什么事情都有reinforcer
，对很多行为确实有效，而且形成习惯，就不需要再用了。

能让你的孩子更加听话，其实我相信版上很多父母都在不知不觉中运用这些方法，只是
他们不知道罢了。
我给你一个简单的例子，其实正常孩子也有很多Behavior问题，比如说带孩子周末去
Shopping，然后孩子非要买玩具，你说不买，这下不得了了，大哭大闹，Screaming，
满地撒泼打滚，引来很多人的注目。作父母的，这个时候一定非常非常尴尬，大概都是
恨不得找个地缝钻进去算了。这时家长有两个作法：
1、跟孩子说“好了，好了，我给你买”，然后孩子破啼为笑，家长适然，完成
Shopping，赶紧回家。
2、坚决跟孩子说No，Behavior问题一出现，你可以让他在商场里打滚哭闹，你就站在
一边看着不做任何反应，或是立即Remove孩子从现场，放到车里让他大哭大叫，你在旁
边看着，直到他自己Calm Down为止，然后告诉孩子还是不能买玩具，如果听话接着
Shopping，如果不行接着在车里嚎。
这个案例里涉及ABA的两个概念，一个是Reinforce，一个是Ignore。

这样比较正面积极地去motivate你的孩子，慢慢地让这些言行成为好的习惯
比如今天早上孩子没有闹，如果只是开口要姥姥喂
你就得抓住机会，赏重赏啊 show&tell
兴高采烈地边拥抱孩子边夸呗，告诉他你appreciate他这样的合作的态度和合理的言行
让他明白，什么样的言行更有可能得到你的关注，得到快乐嘛
喂饭这事，你可以先培养他用语言表达他的“想要”，可以继续喂着，然后偶尔地说妈
妈今天累了，今天你能不能自己吃？或者让孩子自己先吃，后面你再给他喂一些？要有
信心，这个事情是可以和平演变的:)
是你问的孩子在学校犯错，你们回家罚也罚了，效果不好么？
同样的，用positive reinforcement
告诉孩子，他是个小伙子了，妈妈相信他在学校在很努力地做最好的他。如果在学校犯
错，老师处理了就过了，他回来想说就说，不想说就不用说。当然老师找上门，爸妈还
是要配合老师处理的。

如果是纯supervised，哪些feature做输入，哪些做输出？
输入仅仅包括TA(股价，成交量，各种TA指标)？还是也考虑FA，行业整体评价，行业内
平均，各种financial数据？
股价若干时间后的变化是输出？
个人意见是仅仅靠日线，靠TA是做不出来啥东西的。如果有每一次交易的成交记录可能
会好很多。
至于是用deep learning还是传统的classification/regression倒是其次的。
估计你动手试一试才更有思路。
如果是reinforcement learning，你需要试不同的policy, value function。可以盲选
，可以基于supervised的结果选，可以基于网上高手们发的成功交易来选。 |

在流行电脑游戏grand theft auto V上，用屏幕图像做输入，用输出控制汽车操作。
就是用reinforcement learning做
我觉得比mobileye用几个lidar,radar,camera的信号来识别路上的车辆行人树木石头啥
的有趣多了。
坐过基于mobileye系统的autonomous driving level 3的测试车，大失所望。
无非就是根据识别出的东西，和事先定好的rule来控制汽车。
mobileye那个lane merge的computer demo倒是用reinforcement learning做的。个人
觉得难度不大。 |

1）Evolution Strategy对deep reinforcement learning（RL）效果很好，可以在某些
benchmark problems上和back prop比肩（但是需要更多的数据）。
2）对于deep supervised learning来说，效果还远不如back prop，也许永远也比不上
back prop。具体原因是reinforcement learning的gradient非常noisy，用back prop
效果就很差。但是对于supervised learning来说，它的gradient比较平缓，现在的
back prop方法似乎已经很好了，Evolution Strategy似乎也不能提供没有更好的效能
（再具体的我才疏学浅，暂时说不清楚）。
3）现在这个阶段，nvda的GPU大部分都是在做deep supervised learning，比如图像，
语言等。RL的实际应用远远不如supervised learning。这个进展对NVDA亦喜亦忧。忧的

际象棋AI。欧美传统里的顶级人类智力试金石，在电脑面前终于一败涂地，应了四十多
年前计算机科学家的预言。
至少还有东方，人们自我安慰道。围棋AI长期以来举步维艰，顶级AI甚至不能打败
稍强的业余选手。这似乎也合情合理：国际象棋中，平均每回合有35种可能，一盘棋可
以有80回合；相比之下，围棋每回合有250种可能，一盘棋可以长达150回合。这一巨大
的数目，足以令任何蛮力穷举者望而却步——而人类，我们相信，可以凭借某种难以复
制的算法跳过蛮力，一眼看到棋盘的本质。
但是，无论人怎么想，这样的局面当然不可能永远延续下去。就在今天，国际顶尖
期刊《自然》报道了谷歌研究者开发的新围棋AI。这款名为“阿尔法围棋”（AlphaGo
）的人工智能，在没有任何让子的情况下以5:0完胜欧洲冠军，职业围棋二段樊麾。

如果人类对局如你所说bias太大，狗为什么先用人类对局训练而不是跳过直接来？
事实上人类对局训练出来的model已经有不错的表现，用Reinforce Learning是为了进
一步提高
而不是你说的人类对局总结出来的规律不值一提，应该全部推到重来
还有Reinforce Learning的一个问题就是容易同质化，能提高的level有限，和初始
model相关性大，这正好是你说的近亲繁殖的问题 |

机版插8个GPU,单精度运算是deepblue的几十倍了吧。他们论文里写运算只是深蓝的几
千分之一，不知道他们是怎么评估的。如果运算量那么小，没必要用这么多运算资源。
这个比赛其实不是很公平，调动了这么大的计算资源来和一个人下。人遵守了围棋比赛
的规矩，机器却没有。（至少应该给李九段另外备个棋盘让他推演一下）。机器一直在
用MCST在推演。
我多说几句废话 －
CNN的特点是既能提取图形的局部特征（类似手筋的东西），又可以总结相对宏观的东
西（大局观）。加上reinforcement learning的训练，系统也总结了围棋的动态变化(
dynamics). Reinforcement learning 就像DP一样在某的状态下帮助系统学习这么找最
优解。这个系统／算法设计包括训练都挺NB的，是一个彰显工程能力成功案例。 |

最重要的就是从一开始就不让你有坏习惯。
有视频也可以有很多帮助，至少是对那些你认为你做到了但实际上没有做到的。
单手练枪如果从你以前建议的10码开始，会打击很多新手的。单手握枪和扣扳机配合的
过程更明显，不是1911或其它轻脆单动，扳机太重行程太长的话再加上单手本来就晃得
厉害，紧张新手抖得可以画圈，会越打越没有信心的。
学打枪或者学其它需要肢体和不同感官相互配合的活动我觉得还是一开始分离开单独练
比较容易上手，新手可以看到自己不断的进步，positive reinforcement从运动心理上
讲还是很重要的。比如开车新手上手动档可以彻底抓狂。简单的自动档先学会，除了油
门离合配合和换挡之外的所有操作包括观察路况等都熟练不用担心时再只关心油门离合
配合和换挡学手动就容易和不用非常紧张了。学习游泳如果不把平衡，呼吸和划水分开
练的话肯定也是更多的紧张和在水里挣扎。练琴也一样，其它例子也非常多。我主张的

和 yelling 都会发生低音（最低端的几个音不算）比高音难发音
的问题，正常的 head voice 不会发生这种情况。道理很简单，
reinforced falsetto 是由 falsetto 演变过来的，低音如果也
