摘要：6.25周六第一次坐京津城际后，对比我多年京沈动车/飞机、京济动车、京
沪五猪/飞机、京蓉飞机、京连飞机等旅行经验，我觉得无论在速度、准时、噪音、空
间等便捷和舒适方面，高铁都会完胜飞机！感谢跨越部长、怀念跨越部长！希望有关领
导能允许跨越添乘6.30的G1，谢谢领导啦！一个能够活在互不认识、豪无利益关系的普

法国工程集团阿尔斯通(Alstom)首席执行官柏珂龙(Patrick Kron)挑起了一场与西门子(Siemens)的口水战。他暗示，后者可能因在与中国合作开发高铁过程中，无意间将核心技术秘密泄露给了中方合作伙伴。
柏珂龙在接受英国《金融时报》采访时表示，阿尔斯通向来十分谨慎，避免在中国成立合资企业，或者以任何一种可能会导致向中方合作伙伴转让有用技术的合作方式进入中国市场。
柏珂龙表示：“在高铁领域，中国要求我们（与中国铁路公司）合作，但我们选择了回避。”
“不过，日本（铁路工程公司）这样做了，西门子也是如此。你应该问一问（西门子首席执行官）罗旭德(Peter Löscher)，看看他是否满意。”
柏珂龙表示，他之所以不同意阿尔斯通以合作伙伴身份参与中国高铁建设，就是因为这涉及到向中方合作伙伴“转让高技术组件”。
“我对于一般意义上的与中国建立商业合作毫无异议，但做法上还是要务实一些。
“合作企业不是必须转让技术的，”柏珂龙说。
