of pursuit needs to be change. The driver of the motorcycle can't be
charged because he's dead, but still should be responsible for the injury
caused to the passenger in a civl case. The passenger should be fined for

最近看了不少为两党吵架的帖子，喊口号的多，具体分析问题的少。我先开个头谈一哈
从理论高度为啥我目前支持共和党，欢迎大家（尤其是民主党的群众）理性的讨论。喜
欢动不动就说别人脑残的请自律。谢谢！
我感觉共和党的经济政策和我们大多数华人新移民更接近，而社会政策上民主党更相同。
我们很多人到美国来是来寻求工作，事业机会的，不是，至少一开始不是想来吃福利的
。所以从根本上我们和共和党的鼓励冒险，鼓励机会的经济政策更吻合。美国宪法保证
人们追求幸福的权利（pursuit of happiness),但并未保证幸福。你可以全力去追求，
在这个过程中没有人能禁止或阻挠你；但也没有天上掉下馅饼来让你啥事不做也幸福。
