定换成小号的。看了说明书和YOUTUBE都说用4MM PUNCH把中间的销子顶出来就行。我手
头没有PUNCH，就找了一个小号十字螺丝刀和一个锤子。满以为轻轻一敲就会出来，谁
知道敲了半天出来一半就不动了，想要放弃吧，已经出来一半了，继续吧，真怕把枪敲
坏了。无奈之下，只好心一横，长痛不如短痛，使劲几锤子，每一下都像敲在自己肉上
，终于把这个可恶的销子打出来。接下来就是换小号backstrap，再原样敲回去，总算
搞定。
唉，幸好这玩意我这辈子估计就换这一回，要是SLIDE的销子，每次擦枪都得弄出来的话
，我非崩溃不可。真难想象这是德国人的设计，如果用个螺丝，不是省事安全多了！ |

个枪主就是个2B，换握把片时竟然没用pin punch，随便用个什么东西把那个roll pin

几百刀的枪买了，舍不得再花几刀买个pin punch，这么二B的枪主过手的东西，还要买

料，上次我用螺丝刀当PUNCH都很费力。敲了很久，都担心把枪上的部件敲松了。建议

后来看网上的帖子，受启发，自己做了个掏底火的工具，
很好用
底火用1/8的钻头钻穿底火，但是不要往下钻，免得伤了
火头，把钻好的弹壳，用个punch顶住，一手punch，另外一个手拿着工具侧着掏进去，
就把可以把底火抠出来
试验了几种弹壳，Yugoslavia的8MM子弹很容易掏，如图
mosin的钢弹壳稍微难一点，特别是加了封胶的，商业54R弹壳
就相对容易，最讨厌的是Yugoslavia的M67子弹的弹壳，
7.62X39的弹壳个头小，但是底火封胶非常牢靠，抠几十个
手都疼 |

hammer和hammer sear kit. 我也是感觉打磨之后就很好了。其实sear cage pin很容
易移动，根本用不着starter punch, sear slave pin可以切一段7/64转头来用. 如果
要换hammer的话，得用starter punch和台钳。

throwing punch, 所以他只是头偏左躲闪。
jones 的特点是unpredictable. 有假装突前punch 的样子， 但是主要是knee strike
to the body.
后来shogun 也承认第一下基本上就太疼痛了， gas out, could not recover.
jones 的身体素质和身体尺寸的优势还是站便宜, 他的尺村比人家 heavyweight 的占优势。 加上从小自己专研打人的方法。。。
如果说技术的话， 我觉得是高速和瞬间中的技术， 很要天赋的成分。
爆发力，quick pace(单位时间内能发起的strikes), 时间空间反应速度， 动作到位，great body awareness (这对kick & spinning elbow 的准确度有帮助）, 对角度的距离的感觉（direct good footwork)。

十明文禁止的，禁赛是逃不掉的。
说句实话，第二个personal fault甩拳头的时候要是eject也没话说。这场球的裁判也
够衰。邮迷的若干facemask也都逃脱了判罚。比如WG punch之前，lewan拽着他的
facemask往地上摁，没判。Craig Roh拽Baker的头盔，也没判。Roundtree拽着Adams的
facemask往地上甩，也没判。

罪过啊，我的确是，要不我还得背着去办公室了。
这里的天这两天冷得恐怖。
专家帅哥说要把冰刀放烤箱里烤烤，然后才能看合不合脚。
过一会回来后，专家帅哥说把鞋凉一会。
一看我的鞋带有一两个鞋孔系得有点扭转了，居然就帮我重系，我差点被感动了。
等我把脚一伸进去鞋子，正好，脚也没被压疼。
人家测量，说前脚部分，前后长度可以。
而我很分特的是，烤箱就是好啊。
专家帅哥跟我闲聊，问我假期去哪里？我说去滑雪啊。
人家就给我推荐了一个好地，说离Jackson Hole不远有一个更Powder的雪场，适合中级水平的，雪质甚佳。
又聊回冰刀，然后专家就给我装了双垫子进冰鞋让我试。等到鞋子越来越凉，脚开始感
受到了压迫。
最后在决定要不要punch out时，我综合了版上大家给我的建议和专家的建议，决定买了
垫子，回去再穿穿看看能否break in而不punch out，如果需要再拿回来。
最后，人家还特地叮嘱我说：你要保证，以后冬天不再把冰刀放车里了。我只好嘿嘿笑
笑答应。

比上次那个短奔水平高了不少,进步很快呀,特别是发球.
可惜反手弱了一点,其实你只要不断有落点控制,斜线高回去,小孩就要失误了,他的双反
很多是punch,你loop回去,他借不到力,就要loop回来, 变成你和他比耐心和体力了. 技
术上他两面都比你好,所以要想办法破坏节奏,哪怕是你也他都不熟悉的节奏. 你喂
他有pace的球,他punch回来就可以很好的线路控制.
pusher的球靠的是油,你还要多练多球,尤其反手,同时不停参加比赛.
打油了赢小孩根本不用抽, 来回放, 小孩很容易就崩了,不要轻易出浅, 高是没关系的. |

大家友谊交流，互动而已，所以punch来punch去比较好玩。。。尤其双打，不一定要发
力，能打出落点和旋转来，大家互相跑动，就很有意思了。 而且那天我的搭档很强，
所以我可以打浅球。真正计较输赢，球都不好看，因为都会很经典，打深打斜，随击，

你的落地球算是很现代了，坚持比赛和练习，会涨的很快的。。。南加条件好，可以有
大量的场上时间，加上你本来就玩户外，身体条件给力， 也许没两年就4.0了。 关键
还是各项技术要全面，尤其发球要多练习。 动作上可以有自己的特点，不要盲目听从

我以前是握紧拍 + punch，但因为双打打得少，双打比赛时这样打使人很容易tight，
碰上ok的对手还勉强应付，碰上真正的doubles specialist, tight grip + punch 不
好使。刚开始这种放松+carve 不习惯，甚至有很大的doubt,直到有一次双打比赛，对
手基本把所有球都carve到double's alley, 离网半米到一米内。然后想起bryan's
brother 来austin 打davis cup 时，看他们的volley warmup 也是这种超放松，的
soft carve. |

10/26 and 11/02: 这两堂课主要是改我的反手drive和正手。现在问题还是打球用胳膊
太多。经常是全身用劲了，但是发力链没用对，很多发力没起到让球快的效果，反而导
致身体不稳。反手还是步伐和timing，只能慢慢自己多练了。正手的问题是引拍是拍子
和身体还是太近，胳膊没有extend. 练习了不少觉得确实对球速有好处，打出好球明显
能感觉到那种甩鞭的效果。。看来最近要学要改的地方很多，打算先停几堂课做些针对
性练习。。。。
10/12 and 10/19: 这两堂课regular hitting partner加入，所以教练开始加了些

overpower，因为不会counter punch，只能慢节奏。这个一直是偶的
最大问题之一。偶觉得除了从头练counter punch基本功，基本无解。

其余方面，Venus并不怎么样。Serena，胳膊力量导致接发球也很强。同时
两人都用oversize，更加增加了力量。于是Serena可以原地站着抡胳膊打出
别人需要旋转180度腰才能打出来的球速。
在此基础上，Serena强在失误不多。其余暴力女全是失误女。唯一的弱点是移动，
所以才会被Cornet drop/lob连胜3次。
僵尸强在接发球和counter punch能力。其中counter punch不是指救球能力而是
低失误率。他跑动中手上力量的控制很好，导致forced error很少。对手需要
多花很多工夫得分。所以不上网光靠底线爆抽要想搞定他很困难。缺点是攻击
的稳定性。所以没法快速的横扫，每场都得磨。体力不充分情况下被迫进攻
就会显得UE很多（其实是没办法）。 |
