Base salary 挺满意的（100k+)，但是他们家bonus 只有 base的10%-25%, sign-up
bonus 也不多 （10k).
本人数学PhD, 刚毕业，第一分offer。请问这种情况下能negotiate吗？ 业界的
average大概有多少？

1. 有两个random variables x1, x2， correlation(x1,x2)=0. 现在 linearly
regress y on x1,x2, 归化结果是 y_hat. 又知道 correlation(x1,y)=0.5,
correlation(x2,y)=0.6. 问correlation(y, y_hat)=?

regress y on x1,x2, 怎么做，有什么问题？我回答colinearity, 又问如何处理，我
说了两个办法，一是PCA，二是regularization方法比如Ridge和lasso。又问ridge和

另有2名投票会员出席，所有有建议的均是至少7人（参加会议的10人中绝对多数2/3）
持相同观点才有建议，如果未达到绝对多数则没有建议。每个提案及候选人后的数字，
按照顺序分别为赞成、弃权和反对最终选择的与会人员数量。

发帖数: 7130 | 18 在美国的50个州里面，属加州的过程最曲折，有时候想想加州同性恋couple也挺不容易，
早在2000年，加州就通过了Prop 22，俗称加州DOMA。全体加州人民投票通过法案规定
婚姻必须是一男一女。
结果2004年2月的时候，旧金山市长突然脑子进水，宣布旧金山同性恋婚姻合法。一个
月时间，marry了好几千号同性couple。结果这一行径被加州最高法院勒令停止，这几
千对couple拿到手的结婚证变成废纸。
过了一年九月，加州议会通过允许同性婚姻的法律，两次！但是都被当时的州长施瓦辛
格给否决了。施瓦辛格否决的理由是，Prop 22是全州人民投票表决的法律，只应该让
人民再次投票或者高院判定违宪才可以解除。
结果加州高院磨蹭了三年，总算说话了，2008年6月，加州高院宣布，Prop 22违宪，这
下子，加州立马彩虹旗飘飘，几个月工夫近两万couple领证。
反对派肯定不干啊，Prop 8出台，11月份，加州再次投票，以微弱多数，重新ban了gay
marriage。
第二年5月，加州高院再次裁决，Prop 8合法不违宪，这帮法官靠flip coin定案子吗？

的。
因为Prop 13 限制每年PROPERTY TAX最多涨2%; 同时PROP 8容许PROPERTY按MARKET
PRICE，下调PROPERTY TAX。
如果你买房在高点， 那么你的PROP 13 VALUE就很高， 而你买房在低点，你的PROP 13
VALUE是很低。
按附图，这个PROP 13是按第一年40W买的房子， 到第7年市场价高过PROP 13 VALUE，
你是按$45付地产税。
可是如果你是在第三年 30W买的房子， 那么你的PROP的价格是以30W为基准， 每年只
增加2%。 那么，如果市场价格超过了40W的PROP 13的价格， 你30W买房的，不你第一
年40W买房的少交25%的地产税。。
有这种情况， 高位买的房子，可是市场价格跌到了当时买价的一半， 以后如果市场价
格超过了PROP 13的价格，高位买房子的，要付比低位买房的要多付一倍的PROPERTY

根据贾跃亭在2016年11月公开信里首次披露以及后续屡次提及，他为美国造车已投入100多亿。这也是他被公众质疑的重要因素，以现在的造车进展和投入，几乎看过相关工厂和汽车的人，都会不约而同提问：这真的花了一百多个亿吗？那么钱去哪了？
钛媒体在美国调查中发现，多个土地资产抵押贷款和贾跃亭的个别股权投资转让，均发生在2017年7月前后。之后，FF虽然不断传出融资消息，但并无任何真实的融资纪录。
2017年11月，FF发布公开声明邀请钛媒体创始人赵何娟带领团队前往调研，且向媒体开放所有采访请求，赵何娟亦公开回复将接受邀请前往调研；2017年12月，赵何娟携团队抵达洛杉矶欲前往采访被婉拒，FF答覆采访推延到2018年1月；2018年1月中旬，钛媒体赵何娟团队再次抵达美国，再遭受FF官方拒绝。

不受祝福的婚姻多了，suck it up！
至于同性和乱伦的关系，人家说的根本不是法律能不能修改成允许前者禁止后者。人家
说的是，反对限制同性婚姻的微薄理由同样适用于反对限制包括乱伦在内的许多异类“
婚姻”，这是法律范畴的问题，是个很严肃的问题，直接关系到这个问题应该用粗暴的
法律手段来解决，还是让社会自己去解决。
至今为止，未见哪怕一个自私的gay和其好心但********的支持者们说出为什么同性婚
姻不能限制，但乱伦能够限制。
