processes, which blocked tens of other processes in chain. It happened
overnight but nobody was notified in a timely manner.
Next morning, I had to kill those rooting processes and a few other
processes to bring database/application back to run again. I wish I had more
time to investigate before killing those processes.

发帖数: 947 | 46 绝大部分的申请人把案子送出去之后，几乎每天就盯着CIS的Processing Time看，希望自
己的案子有所进展。申请人往往会问某某朋友的案子是什么时候送的都批准了，为何自己
的还没有批。申请人会发现手上的Receipt Notice也有个Processing
Time，而且这个Processing
Time与CIS网上的也不同，到底哪一个是对的。事实上CIS的Receipt
Notice及网上的Processing Time只能当作参考。因为Processing Time随时都有可能改变
。而且同一类型的申请案都有很多的移民官来审核，每一个人的进度有所不同。所以申请
人不要因为Processing Time来影响心情。除非Processing Time和自己的日子相差几个月
，我们会建议申请人向移民局查询。
我们目前发现CA移民中心对於I-140及I-485Concurrent
Filing的审核速度很快。平均是9-13月。但是在Concurrent Filing实施之前送的案件就
不那么幸运了。TX目前是比较好的中心，虽然Processing Time不是最快的，但是还是较

询的状态是：Request for evidence response review。我现在比较奇怪的是，为什么
uscis网站上说的是可能要60天内才有decision。原文是这样的：
We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something
from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update
within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint
processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have

whereas if you want to go the consular processing (“CP”) route, we cannot
do anything until the I-140 is approved – the USCIS will then forward the
petition to the National Visa Center (“NVC”) which will then send us a
packet of forms and info, and eventually will forward the case to the US
