发帖数: 947 | 2 在申请I-140及I-485为大家所关心的是processing time的问题，尤其是I-140已经批准，
但是I-485转到local CIS，那么processing time是按什么标准。
基本在I-485 processing time 里先要看priority date是什么，到了没有。若是以LC申
请的，以前以RIR申请的，那要看local SWA的收件日期。以PERM申请的则是看送到
National Processing Center的日期。以EB-1或EB-2 NIW申请的，则要看I-140收件的日
期。优先日期未到的话，I-485是不会被审理的。也就是说以前申请时没有priority date
的问题，但是现在确须要排队，那么CIS会把I-485搁在一边，等到名额出现了再进行审理
。所以要看自己的申请是否被审理了，要先看priority date，然后再看CIS的receipt
date。基本上，每一个人的案子都不同。虽然CIS都有列出他们的processing time，但是
这些日期并不一定准确，只能当作参考。一般来说，自己的receipt date与CIS列 |

我现在的情况是H1B laid off， 然后申请H4， 但case pending， 如今有一个可能的
offer在路上，所以我咨询了律师如果拿到offer后我的下一步， 回答如下：
“Basically，你现在有一个pending case，所以要按顺序来，先批第一个，再批第二
个。”但大家都知道，H4，F2这种签证基本都没有prepium的process，反正就算有我也
没有申请，那一等可能3，4个月， 所以我问如果我现在申请H1B的premium process是
否会加快。她说是的，15个工作日就可以拿到签证，也就是说premium process会push
移民局先处理前一个case，然后处理第二个，但总共也会在15个工作日内拿到，如果一
切顺利，材料完备。
关于费用：premium process 会在原本H1B transfer的收费基础上多收1000刀，但很
值得啊。建议大家遇到这种情况，哪怕自己出钱，也认了。 |

process内存不够才会去向OS申请多的内存。
比如，一个process起来，OS先给它1G内存，然后程序里的new， delete都在这1G里面
操作。所以通过new delete完全无法得知OS给了process多少内存。 |

我只剩2015一次申请机会了，想早点知道H1B结果。。
前天和HR申请说想用premium process。。HR今天答复说，他们认为premium process是
紧急时候才能用，我的case他们不打算批准premium process。。我说那我自己出钱行
么？HR说公司不允许员工出钱。
HR说要是我能劝说我的case很紧急，需要马上知道结果，就可以用premium process。
请问大家有过类似经验吗？我该怎么劝说公司呢？(所在公司办h1b经验不多，而且政策
比较严)

了。 觉得下面的话很confusing. driver licence 马上就过期了，公司的H1B PP 还没
有寄出去， 着急死了。

网上这方面的信息很少，所以给我把这次经历写下来希望能对以后申请的人有所帮助。
所有申请的过程都是自己办的所以只代表个人的经历。
2011年12月的PD， 批准之后 三个多月转去NVC. 会发一封信这封信就是P3.
2015年初排期到了之后nvc会发一封缴费的信。但是当时我没有收到nvc的电邮 而且我
也没有仔细跟踪排期， 所以浪费了好几个月打了无数次电话才要到这封缴费的信。之
后到nvc的网上缴费， 然后nvc就开始process我的材料。
2015年8月nvc在审查完材料之后发信要求递交补充材料。主要是一些出生证明，无犯罪
记录，护照相片之类的材料。这些补充材料根据不同的领事馆和绿卡申请的类别会有不
同。NVC审查完补充材料之后就会把case发到广州总领馆并发出面试预约信。 这封信就

过了，我妈被要求面签），我妈妈说感觉是签过了，因为签完了，签证官让她去填往回
寄护照的EMS.但妈妈说今天遇到的签证官态度比较严肃，说话说的很少，没有问很多问
题，只问了我妈妈有没有退休，是做什么工作的，然后要了我妈妈的已经订好的机票收
据信息和旅行计划。签完了签证官没有像旁边的另一个签证官那样明确地说明“你通过
了”，只是说我们需时间行政处理，然后再把护照寄回给你。我在网上查签证状态从签
完以后一直都是

俺是一名硅工，真正的硅工，就是那种每天穿得像太空人一样，进cleanroom，process
wafer的那种。现在渐渐上了些年纪了，看着公司里的50几岁的同事们还和我们一样每
天在cleanroom里面下苦力，心里无限凄凉，生怕自己将来也跟他们一样。我倒不是怕
苦怕累，只是每天这样干还要提心吊胆公司裁人，一旦失业，连个下家都难找，薪水待
遇就不用说了，每次看到版上那些fresh ms报的offer都眼馋得我直流口水，俺好歹也
是一名屁挨着地啊。
衷心请教版上的前辈们，像我这种情况应该怎样规划自己将来的career path？继续在

numbers I gathered of the applications at TSC. Hopefully this information

Since your AOS was filed on 06/05/2016, it is still too soon to submit an
inquiry. The published processing time means that the USCIS is working on
AOS cases received on or before 06/14/2015 rather than that they have
completed processing of all AOS cases filed before 06/14/2015. The USCIS
has asked that we wait until the processing time is at least 30 days beyond
the filing date before we inquire.

标 题: NIW回国走consular processing的经历

网上这方面的信息很少，所以给我把这次经历写下来希望能对以后申请的人有所帮助。
所有申请的过程都是自己办的所以只代表个人的经历。
2011年12月的PD， 批准之后 三个多月转去NVC. 会发一封信这封信就是P3.
2015年初排期到了之后nvc会发一封缴费的信。但是当时我没有收到nvc的电邮 而且我
也没有仔细跟踪排期， 所以浪费了好几个月打了无数次电话才要到这封缴费的信。之
后到nvc的网上缴费， 然后nvc就开始process我的材料。
2015年8月nvc在审查完材料之后发信要求递交补充材料。主要是一些出生证明，无犯罪
记录，护照相片之类的材料。这些补充材料根据不同的领事馆和绿卡申请的类别会有不
同。NVC审查完补充材料之后就会把case发到广州总领馆并发出面试预约信。 这封信就

It appears that the Atlanta Processing Center is catching up with processing
of PERM applications. Most recently, the OFLC reported that they were
processing June 2008 cases. It now appears that they are clearing up July
and August 2008 cases and moving into September 2008 cases. Certainly a good
news, but still behind their 2010 performance goal of average six months
for PERM processing. Please keep it up, APC, and keep running and running to

发帖数: 632 | 47 看来USCIS雇了不少新手，我收到的Renew的Combo卡只是EAD卡，最后一行标明“Cannot
be used to re-entry to US", I-131也批了，当时觉得会再单独收到一个纸的AP，上
周六却收到USCIS这么一封信：
On 2/9/13, the service processed your request for employment authorization.
However, your combo card was processed with the wrong classification. In
order to correct this error, we need for you to return the incorrect card to
this office.

. USCIS first show the case in initial review for pp on 6/18, then changed
to acceptance w/o pp o 6/19, then today 6/21 I got "PP stopped". Anyone know
what could happened? Is it approval, ref, or noid?

发帖数: 29 | 50 有老公司的priority date是2014/4， 新公司的perm approve了，但是公司不给降级，
只能按照EB2 file新的140， 这种情况我还需要做premium processing么？还是等一等
，看时间快到的时候再追加premium processing。如果I-140还在pending的时候，
priority date 变成current了，我可以追加premium processing request，同时提交
485么？还是说新公司的I-140一定要approve了才能port我原来的priority date，然后
才能提交485，如果是这样的话，是不是还是应该做premium processing，谢谢啦 |
