之前写的都是关于非内容方面，主要是说了说如何弄出ｐｐ的ｈａｒｄ ｃｏｐｙ简历
。但是众所周知，如今最讲究的是网投，因为除了ｊｏｂ ｆａｉｒ，ｏｎｓｉｔｅ
ｉｎｔｅｒｖｉｅｗ，几乎很少有机会能展示自己的ｈａｒｄ ｃｏｐｙ简历。这样简
历的内容就显得尤为重要，因为大多数ｆｉｒｍ都是用ｄａｔａｂａｓｅ来搜索过滤的
，也就是说如果不注意他们的搜索方式，很有可能你的简历干脆就木有被他们看到。那
俺继续８一下如何写简历的内容。
1.关键字，关键词－－－读job description!
什么是关键字，关键词？就是ｆｉｒｍ系统搜索的词汇。比如你投会计师事务所，ｃｐ
ａ，ａｕｄｉｔ，ＧＡＡＰ等这写词很可能就是关键词。除此之外还有一些，比如说
communication, teamwork, leadership, organizational skill等也可能是关键词。
可能有人说我怎么知道什么是关键词阿？非常简单，找来类似的职位，使劲儿读他们的
ｊｏｂ ｄｅｓｃｒｉｐｔｉｏｎ，读来读去自然就会知道哪些是关键词，因为如果很

很笨的brute force genetic screen 结果是很不确定的，是发散的。你不知道会得到
什么基因。这就是genetic screen 的魅力。你得到了基因，才是开始。
而我说的试错法，是一个一个试你“认为”的可能性，在思维上是收敛的。很可能你认
为的可能性根本就不包括真正的机制。所以随着时间，你会不断补充新的可能性。
我再次说一下，没有绝对的不试错。我也试错。但一个明白人，不会去试所有的可能，
而是会prioritize。
会不会prioritize，会不会分辨，决定你是不是试错法。 |

screen for unc/let/ste mutant:压根就没有假说，random screen自然也就没有什么

其实我明白你的意思，就是你前老板的研究方法不对么。对人不对事就行了，非要搞得

scope，看得出是走的大学通用的商业化流程。结果到了最后发现有人用Prioritize
Track I的方式抢发了patent，这个时候UBC卷起袖子要开抢是正常的啊！这个时候都不
抢了那就是不正常了。
但是zhengfeng他们上来就用Prioritize Track I，说实话，只少我不信他不是为了抢
发patent。
至于UBC的宣传，我倒是不常见他家动辄跑出来开CRISPR的讲座。不过也可能是我在
东北的原因。但是zhangfeng他家的讲座实在是，又多又会卡点。其实我很想知道他的
律师有没有告诉过他：大哥你这样在美国是没用的，而且真要是appeal到了federal
court

昨天在whole foods里面买东西，whole foods有那种salad bar，自己盛到碗里称重量
收费，然后坐在外面的diner吃的那种，我不知道大家熟悉不。
salad bar那边有一个专门的check out的lane，上面写的是express，因为大多数从这
边出来的都只有salad之类的几样东西，立刻就吃的。我从这里check out的时候，黑人
收银员和前面两个顾客聊天，聊了很久我都在等，后来又有别的顾客排在我后面，大家
都不耐烦了，发出Gosh的声音。我觉得收银员要么prioritize，要么叫人来开放另外的
几条lane。可是她都没有。最终聊完之后，check out我的时候，她竟然说 You are

他那一点，把你注意力聚焦在自己虎口上了。每一刻都有无数神经冲动信号要拥到脑子
里。大脑可以同时处理的数据有限，必须prioritize,有个把关的，把优先级高的信号
放进去处理。就好像你专注的时候，会tune out环境的声音什么的。一个例子就是警察
或逃犯高速飙车的时候会形成tunnel vision, peripheral vision消失。因为大脑必须
集中处理最紧急的攸关生死的那些信息。
再比如说痛觉，只有大脑处理了比如损伤部位炎症物质印发的冲动，在中枢解读为奥，
这个应该激活痛感受，你才会感受的“痛”。不处理，就不觉着痛。一种止痛的方法就
是这样的，用各种非痛觉刺激，distract,或淹没引起痛觉的冲动上传。比如掐虎口止
别处的痛。西医也有类似方法，不过是用装置实现的。本质一样。

Shanghai are the best in the world, according to a global education survey
released Tuesday.
In all three subjects, Shanghai students demonstrated knowledge and skills
