1. “Prevalence过低的时候真阳性会淹没在一大堆假阳性里面，让筛查结果失去意义
。”
这就是在扯淡。就算退一万步讲，specificity只有50%，那么连续5次阳性
的specificity就有97%。如果specificity有70%，那么连续3次阳性就可以达到97%。实
际上试剂盒specificity再差也不会到70%。
初次测试的误诊，只会导致一个人错误的被隔离，这个错误不会造成更多的人被感染，
并且可以被重复多次的测试所弥补。这就是costless type I error，这样的type I
error并不会让测试变得失去意义。而CDC正在做这样毫无意义的控制type I error的工
作。
另一方面，初次测试的漏诊，则会被直接释放。依目前的R值，这会造成至少1-5人的额
外确诊，还有可能因为病情的拖延造成死亡。type II error的后果才是严重的，需要
被避免的。

最近，我的律师从DOL收到了Prevailing Wage Determination的批准表，他准备开始起
草广告了。说实话，我觉得他有时候的思路和说法有些另人糊涂，所以想来这里找内行
的请教，别给害了。
在request Prevaling Wage Determination的申请表里，我们按要求填写了对现在办绿
卡的这个职位的一些requirement了。那现在在起草的job order，还有将来打的广告里
，还能不能再额外多添加一条requirement来限制别人的申请，以此增强PERM的胜算呢？
我很困惑，如果Prevaling Wage De他ermination form里我们填写的job requirement和
我们后来的job order & advertisement上的requirement有一点出入（少了一条），将来劳工
部会不会因此否掉我们的PERM申请啊？

demonstrated that ED is increasingly prevalent with age. At age 40,
approximately 40% of men are affected.
