entanglement length, as estimated from viscoelasticity measurment and

light/neutron scattering (?) experiment. Forget the original literature and
the details, just this conclusion vaguely in my memory. These two concepts

In my memory, most are not. Much much smaller, even with the same conductivity. |
|
a***n 发帖数: 578 | 46 Thanks for your message.
I think hole mobility in polymer should be related to its conductivity. Why it
is much smaller? I got some data for the hole mobility. The largest is 0.1 ~ 1
cm2/Vs for field effect hole mobility, reponsding to 10 cm2/Vs for defect free
hole mobility.
I am quite confused at all those concepts such as hole drift velocity,
field-effect hole mobility and defect free hole mobility.
I am checking some book talking about them. But still prefer some book
especially talking abou |
|
l*****o 发帖数: 82 | 47 I don't know either. But keep two fact in mind:
1. conductivity is not only the function of mobility, but that of carrier
density.
2. The charge carriers in polymer are not free carrier. Some are polarons, some
are solitons. |
