Your CMC(carboxylmethyl cellulose) is very possible have free carboxylic
acid especially when you made it acidic.
In Pressure Sensitive Adhesive industry, Al3+ is used to gel polymer
containing free carboxylic acid.
Acetylacetone can stablize the Al3+. After addition of enough Acetylacetone,
Al3+ will not gel carboxylic acid containg polymer at room temperature.
However, if you evaporation the Acetylacetone, you will get gel. |

和律师签约打算申请绿卡NIW，开始找推荐人，由于引用少，又没怎么开过会，所以资
源有限，给有可能的推荐人都发邮件了，欧洲回的很少，只有一个没有引用我文章的人
同意给我写。后来就给和我不认识的中国教授，AP发邮件，有些人不同意，说不认识我
，有些人直接忽略我，不回，但独立推荐信不就是要不认识，然后相同领域就好了吗，
我现在真的很frustrated。
知道mit上的人都很热心，团结，所以有和我相关领域的教授，AP或者研究学者愿意作
为独立推荐人来评价我的工作的吗？在这里先谢谢大家了，真的是没办法了。

申请工作很勤快,虽说手里也有卡心理不慌. 可搞到小粑粑公司offer的 和 senior
postdog level差不多, 还不知道小粑粑公司啥时候黄铺子,不敢跳. 好不容易搞到的两
个大公司电面. 电面对方问: 有industry experience 没? scale up experience 没?
production commercialize experience 没? 虽然工作3年多了, 可真的没有啊. 当前
R&D 位置 离这些步骤十万八千里. 虽然应该有, 可是真的没有. 然后 就悲催了.
