据美国新《军事战略报告》显示，2012财年美军装备采购虽然大量缩水，但是消减
的主要是常规核力量等“冷战”武备。国家导弹防御系统（NMD）作为美军当仁不让的
高科技宠儿，显然不会从美国对外军售的大名单上消失。对于美国的聚焦亚太战略而言
，NMD也有防范中国不断发展的战略导弹部队、遏制中国和平崛起的作用。美国今年继
续对台出售爱国者反导系统，就是鲜明的例证。
到目前为止，NMD的关键组成部分－拦截导弹系统已经从爱国者1型发展到3型，并

国的媒体，比如衣俄华当地媒体，不一定对某个候选人有什么偏见，打败了 Ginigrich
的， 确实是媒体，但是工作不是媒体做的，而是有倾向的政治拉票组织 Super Pac
做的。
媒体和媒体运作，不是一个概念。
这个也是我前几天说的，中国与其和西方媒体做对，认为西方媒体是天然敌人，不如想
办法利用西方媒体，进行有利于中国和中国人的媒体运作。我记得以前有中国人社团花
钱，买下了纽约时报整整一个版面，做了个示威广告，抗议美国某些人对中国的歧视性
言论。这个和 Super Pac 干的事情一样，是很有效的媒体运作。 |

，费用就靠大伙捐了。
老实说随便搞一个华人组织，取个花哨的名字，公信力并不是很高。这样做符合这边政
治捐款和使用的常规办法，筹集捐款也要容易些。

pac这几年进步确实是有目共睹，打法越来越接近NBA， 进NBA的球员也是遍地开花。不
过今年似乎是个小年。我预计有4到5队跳舞就不错了。
本来我觉得ucla还是 final4的实力，不过少了love,似乎比去年稍弱，但是depth 仍然
是厚实。
今年另外几个跳舞的热门是，asu, arizona, usc.
asu 基本上没有什么损失，wildcats 本来也不比去年差，可以老帅olson追着第三春就
走了，看来又一大豪门要going down 几年了。usc少了mayo，那还是那个usc嘛？ 我觉
得floyd仍然可以把球队带到pac的前四，因为今年pac若干队开始调整年了。
有一点希望跳舞的有 washington, washington st， cal, stanford
两年前washington 还可以跟ucla叫板，现在只能希望做作第二集团的领头了。不知道
今年有没有找到什么7尺长人。
wazzu的老生都毕业了。作为一个local招生比gonzaga还略差的边缘球队，这是致命的
，今年跳舞时戏不大。

4队跳舞，5胜4负，
西部野猫大胜卫冕冠军Duke杀进E8，两分憾负最后冠军UConn
差的是10年，2队跳舞，8号种子和11号种子，虽然搞出3－2，1个S16，还是觉得对不住
观众
其实Washington，Cal，甚至Arizona的战绩都还算是过得去，常规赛有些不正常的输球
，但还是低位混进跳舞，斩获1－2场胜利后，实力不济最终出局。
觉得Pac-12 BB差了，就是因为旗舰UCLA和之前两年很火的USC都突然差得不行了，USC
是因为受罚，UCLA是因为啥不知道。但是这两队差了，Pac-12没有拿得出手的Elite
Team，加上地理原因决定了他们的Out of Conference Schedule不太强，所以大家会觉
得他们没有signature win。
大联盟的弱势从前两年就开始了，Butler，VCU等都说明了中立场地一场胜负，好教练
加上训练配合有素的大龄球员要比天赋很好的one-and-done靠谱。
你觉得今年大联盟尤其不行，但是ironically, 今年是公认的选秀大年，理论上今年大
联盟球队的天赋优势更大。 |

其实如你所言，PAC今年真正有希望的只有zona，你们拉多即使Dinwiddie不伤，估计最
后跟我A差不多是SS。不过明显PAC已经走出前两年的低迷了，接下来这一两年zona如果
招生保持住momentum的话（14已经很nb了，15年估计也是前三的招生）很有可能会再上
一层楼。我A的话，就看这个新教练的造化了，因为他儿子还要待三年，有talent的PG
小孩都不愿来，估计在PG的位置上接下来这三年会够呛，要是能来一个Booker级别的就
是我A之福了，呵呵。 |

in Lancaster, Pennsylvania — west of Philadelphia where the Democratic
National Convention is being held this week.
“Pennsylvania has a good shot of going Republican in November and these

coaches, collectively after a pay cut, made 1.6 million while Gus Malzahn,

Multiple sources confirmed the deal to the Camera early Thursday, and league

SALT LAKE CITY -- The University of Utah has accepted an invitation to
become the 12th member of the newly expanded Pac-10 conference.
University president Michael Young said in a release that the Utes are
pleased to accept the invitation and join Colorado as the Pac-10's newest
members. With the additions, the conference will have 12 members.
Young says it will be a tremendous jump for Utah both academically and
athletically.
