主力的课题组，用了一年半的时间，在世界上首次解析了膜蛋白——大肠杆菌岩藻糖（
L-fucose）转运蛋白（FucP）的结构，并结合生化手段初步揭示了其工作机理。顶级学
术期刊《自然》在10月7日刊发了他们的学术论文“Structure of a fucose
transporter in an outward-open conformation”（岩藻糖转运蛋白向胞外开放构象
的结构）。

getting Ab, you can synthesize a peptide dendrimer from C TERMINUS to N
terminus (as all peptide synthesis is from C to N): as following:
EK(K(K(linker-your peptide)2)2)2.
In this way, you will have a dendrimer that have 2^n of your peptides
presented outwards. This kind of dendrimer has increased immunogenecity and
therefore higher chance to generate Ab.
Anaspec should have this service although a bit expensive.

Do you have friends who can help you with this? It is not different from
normal peptide synthesis except that the protection on the two -NH2 on the
first Lysines are the same probably fmoc. You also don't mind a mixture.
There is one more strategy if your peptide doesn't have cys in it.
Synthesize your peptide with an extra cys at the C-terminus. Buy tri-

SO will move eye ball downward, outward and intortion.
When we do th eye examinations, If you intructed pt to abduct and depress
his eye to check for SO, you are mixing the effect of IR and LR, in which
IR contributes to the depression effect and LR does abduction effect. So
you could not tell the SO effect as the IR and LR are been tested.

得久一点不仅对我申请有好处,也可以在增加我的口语和临床与病人打交道的能力。这
个门诊是几个医生联合在一起的一个group,以前都和附近的医院有联系，后来分开了，
完全独立，医生也不再去医院病房看病人，所以我没有inpatient的机会。
关于如何找到这个OB就不多说了，以前也陆陆续续罗嗦过，就是通过朋友推荐的。开始
那个医生不是特别愿意让我跟着，我跟了两个星期她就希望我结束了。
第一天去诊所特别紧张，尤其是和病人见面，手脚都不知道往哪里放，医生和病人说话
，我站在哪好像都碍事 ，都尴尬。就感觉那么小的一个房间，我压根就是多余的，椅
子也少，医生病人都坐着，我站着就像木桩似的杵在那里。医生总招呼我去隔壁搬个椅
子来吧，我不好意思，总说不用了，我站着挺好。（说实话，站一天下来，穿着高跟鞋
，还是蛮累得。）带我的医生是美国人，个子特高特有气质的女人，加上她的自信，我
在那整个感觉自己一丑小鸭：）

applying Riemann sum on the surface integral.
The reason might be that Green's identities generally require the line
integral to integrate some "linear" transformation of the outward pointing

transformation.

if you draw two curves to represent the border of the universe over time, the distance between
the curves to represent the size of the universe, an accelerating univserse generates

i took down the carburetor, all the holes are ok , not stuck or anything
i put them back together, i can see that the spray head inside the carb
only dribbles gasoline, not spraying mist, also the air in the carb
sometimes blows outward, instead of inward, so the airfilter got a lot of
fuel on it. isn't the air sopposed to go inward only? |

民數記的英文名字就是數目(Number)。所以在民數記裡，我們要特別注意相關的數
目，一切出現的數目，都有其屬靈的意義。因為我們的神是一位對數目非常清楚，作事
一點都不含糊的神。
當一個人犯罪得罪神時，如果他得罪神的同時，也虧負了人，那他就要把虧負的事
項，換算成銀兩，用1.2倍來償還。也就是全額賠償以外，還須加上20%作為利息來賠還。
如果這人得罪神的項目，不牽涉到虧負人，那他就要把虧負神的事，換成銀兩奉獻
