irie的转身可以说技术顶级，但是表现只能评一流，被人甩开的时候多半是因为转身。
我看原因是他无氧爆发力不行。尽管蹬壁姿态很好，但是面对墙壁这样质量无穷大的刚
体，绝对力量很重要。游200米为例，蹬壁之后的仰蝶，他出水一次比一次早，水下看
起来打的一次比一次更加温柔。
irie的出发很好，不过没有什么特色。和绝大部分亚裔运动员差不多，手的动作非常迅
速，引导身体成弓形，腿蹬力达到最大，比起白人手腿同步的技术，可以说做到了扬长
避短。
irie的剑鱼冲刺可以说是他最厉害的一项小技术。最后一次空中送臂稍高跃出水面，身
体保持接近90度的侧立姿势，手过最高点之后类似自由泳的曲臂迅速入水斜插触壁。即
使是1.9米的大个子，只要最后阶段领先不了他20公分，最后有可能被outreach；如果
最后几划齐头并进，基本上肯定被outreach。
irie的有氧能力和体力分配堪称一流。200米四段成绩非常合理，第三段跟的上，第四
段冲的起来，说明他的有氧训练效果很好，一定程度上弥补了无氧能力的欠缺。 |

控制入水点是recovery前半段的功夫。前半段动作缓一点（也是休息片刻的机会），肘
尖在后背基本上在一个平面内。这相当于瞄准。瞄的准不准，影响因素有：一是力量（
太单薄的肩背怎么练也不太好使），二是转体幅度和保持侧身姿势的时间（六七十度有
相对稳定的保持状态为好），三是另一只手的位置和身体和水面成的角度（如果用后交
叉，另一只手在后面，比前交叉要难；有轻微向上的运动趋势瞄准更容易）。为了提高
动作的稳定性，要把转体-换气-手臂恢复当一个动作练。如果不是肩髋一体转（e.g.
shoulder driven），就是转肩-换气-手臂恢复当一个动作练。
对自由泳来说，入水点偏外一点或者偏内一点，和仰泳比起来没有那么要紧。毕竟是正
手，随后调整的余地很大。躯干保持比较好的刚性，手臂不摆直不抱水，就问题不大。
不管长短距离，很多好手干脆一律入水点偏内，伸直胳膊做调整，甚至是比较明显的小
臂横摆来调整。
举例来说，奥运会上magnussen被outreach了0.01秒，输在入水偏中，需要横摆调整触

中国工商银行（下称“工行”））将遭遇在美国的第一次“反歧视”示威游行。
全美亚裔联合会（NAAC）将于美国西部时间8月21日中午11点在位于旧金山中国城的美国东亚银行门口举行示威游行，抗议其对少数族裔社区的歧视。
这距离工行7月初正式完成对美国东亚银行约80%股权的交割，只有一个半月。工行作为后者的控股股东，成为示威的对象。
“以前美国东亚银行算不上大型银行。在收购完成后，作为一个全球总资产超过2.5万亿美元、并且希望在美国有长足发展的大型银行，我们开始关注这家银行的行为。”8月16日，NAAC主席兼首席执行官Faith Bautista向本报记者表示。

2011年11月号刊登韓德森（Scott J. Henderson）的文章说，美国和西方对中国的观察
，通常基于政府政策的演变、外交关系、实力重组等因素，但还有另一个有用的参照物
，那就是军队的外语培训。
早在1949年，中国人民解放军就在洛阳建立了外语学院，作为培养国防语言人才的摇篮
。现在洛阳“解放军外语大学”已经培养了5万多名毕业生，担负起军事翻译、军事外
交、国际反恐、联合国维和行动等各项工作。从该校的课程设置可知，这是一所培训(
能破解密碼的)多种语言人才的军事情报学府。
解放军外语大学出版自己的《外语杂志》。1978年至1987年，以英文、俄文、日文、韩
