一点就是政府要给人民一定的经济保障，换句话说就是要给人民发现金。因为人只有在

PPO保险看病，医生就是20块的copay, 医院也就就是10% co-insurace. 每年还有个全
家cap 四千来块钱 随便看。
发现感觉也就是top 20%的医生还可以，其他的不如自己上网查查。
著名大医院的大专科医生诚实的告诉，unknown reasons。。。。后来碰到和一个上进
的registered nurse practitioner, 给儿子看，很快找出问题所在，然后就不花钱的
给解决了，自己想想自己的unknown reasons也是一回事，只是程度轻多了，一葫芦画
瓢，也解决了。
这边大多数医生捞钱，很可以，为了一个鼻腔小手术，前前后后跑了医生诊所22趟，每
次来回跑等要三个多小时，后来还要让跑 follow up, 不去了。 这个还是近百万人口
