就注册去上课了，发现价格已经改了，是$19，
不过用promotion code (X2B-C8B-A94) 依然可以减少$2。
现在已经不能只是开着电脑耗时间了，我试着开机，但出去了3-4个小时，回来就要求
重新log in了。而且也不能直接参加final exam，必须答对各章的所有试题才能到达
final exam，而且各章的题目之后还有一题“security question”，就是问关于前面
学习材料中的图片、录像中的内容，所以还不得不点击看看，总共也需要不少时间。不
过有个节约时间的方法，就是先到问题的一页，看完问题再点击“previous”回到前一
页寻找答案，利用IE的“编辑”菜单下“查找（在当前页）”的功能可以快速定位。如
果中途log off再回来log in，得一页页翻过之前做过的章节，不过不需要重新做题就
是。到达上次退出地方，就自动加载之前这一章的内容。

发帖数: 276 | 6 首先要看你住在哪一个州。美国各州的交通法规是不一样的，对判定你这个案子有很大
影响。如：
* 有些州没有强制汽车保险的要求，那么对方保单失效与否，不在判案考量范围内。
* 有些州的交通法规中有“Contributory negligence”条款。如果你超速行驶，即便
对方违规（闯STOP SIGN）撞你，你也要为事故承担责任。你看到前方有限速30迈和再
前方有35的SIGN都没有意义。你要往回走，找到事故路段的限速牌，看看是多少。如果
是雨中/雨后，路面湿，根据交通法规还要再降低行驶速度。
* 有些州的交通法规中“uninsured motorist”是强制的，有个最低保险额度。
liability only的保险未必没有uninsured motorist。你好象是把uninsured motorist
条款和Comprehensive and Collision条款弄混了。好好看看你的保单。
* 如果判定对方责任，你的损失当然由对方保险公司赔偿。如果对方没有保险，你自己
的保单“uninsured motorist”条款生效负责赔偿；同时，你可以起诉对方个人索赔。

选的都是最低保额的，collision和comprehensive的自付都是1000.
但是听说至少liability要选100k的，对于新手要也做全保。
大家觉得呢，全保都包括什么，我很想买的liberty mutual，它给我的报价包括
liability, uninsured motorist coverage, other than collision, collision,
towing and labor, waiver of collision.这是不是全保？

法律顾问那里问过,BMV和大学法律顾问都给了相同的回答。隐含假设是他们具有权威性
，或者他们超过或者等于法律条文，或者他们100%了解法律。
你没有给出关于那个持有中国驾照可以在Ohio合法开车一年的revision code。注意在
违背法律条文的情况下，即使是President Obama或者Gov. Kasich 给出不符合法律的
解释，他们的解释也是无效和不合法的。
关于在Ohio使用外国驾照的规定，在Ohio那个BMV的小册子里面有。具体操作是
1. 适用于来美国的合法旅游者，
2. 旅游者驾驶所在国的车辆，使用所在国的牌照，
3. 旅游者所在国提供Ohio居民对等对待。
这个权利的基础是1949年在日内瓦签署的United Nations Convention on Road
Traffic。
在中国休过国庆假期的都知道1949年中国没法签这个条约，中国后来也没有加入，目前
也没有加入。

1. liability是不是不管谁的责任，都帮忙赔对方?但是如果低于financial resp.中最
小的coverage，那么怎么赔的？
2.uninsured motorist，和underinsured，这里区分责任在谁么？
3.个人身体伤害，会有health insurance负责么？这里的Body岂不是重复了？
4.假如发生车祸，如果责任不在本人，a责任谁来判定？b如果都没有liability和
collision，那么谁来赔付？ 就私了，完全没有其他法律约束了么？

再走自己的health，只有property才直接走对方的auto insurance。
看起来我自己current的insurance coverage不是很合理，请大家指教，看看那些limit

The limit for Uninsured Motorist Bodily Injury can not exceed the limit for
Bodily Injury Liability coverage.
Underinsured Motorist coverage is required if Uninsured Motorist Bodily

deductible额度的问题。

这个是说被盗和撞动物等非撞车的保险吧？不知道1000deductible是否合适，感觉太小
的额度200,500的都不会去动保险。

就注册去上课了，发现价格已经改了，是$19，
不过用promotion code (X2B-C8B-A94) 依然可以减少$2。
现在已经不能只是开着电脑耗时间了，我试着开机，但出去了3-4个小时，回来就要求
重新log in了。而且也不能直接参加final exam，必须答对各章的所有试题才能到达
final exam，而且各章的题目之后还有一题“security question”，就是问关于前面
学习材料中的图片、录像中的内容，所以还不得不点击看看，总共也需要不少时间。不
过有个节约时间的方法，就是先到问题的一页，看完问题再点击“previous”回到前一
页寻找答案，利用IE的“编辑”菜单下“查找（在当前页）”的功能可以快速定位。如
果中途log off再回来log in，得一页页翻过之前做过的章节，不过不需要重新做题就
是。到达上次退出地方，就自动加载之前这一章的内容。

cover property damage。。然后没有相对应的"underinsured motorist property
damage"一项呢。。至少GEICO没有
