车身有一些dent和掉漆，后面车灯附近有裂痕，车内阅读灯不亮，啥原因未知。
朋友测试车况觉得还可以。轮胎外面的塑料罩有些破裂，4个全放在后备箱里。

Accord和Kizashi表现最好，Toyota还是一如既往的烂（预料之中）。
Youtube上还没有这18辆车的测试录像。从这个New Release视频里看到的一些：
Fusion和TL,S60一样，是滑过去的。
Accord没滑过去，实打实地撞上去再弹回来的。Accord是真心的硬。
Toyota还是一如既往的烂（预料之中）。
另外，在这个测试中表现好的，在MODERATE OVERLAP(40%)碰撞中成绩不一定很突出。
在这个测试中表现最烂的，在MODERATE OVERLAP(40%)碰撞中成绩不一很差。看上去两
者似乎没太大关系。
18款买菜车中11款获得2013 IIHS Top safety pick+，其中：

mechanics check后没大问题。现在有两个问题我比较头疼：
1. 最近一两年内此车多次被auction，而现在的买主貌似是13年1月多auction的？段时
间就要卖？这种问题问了也白问，人家不会告诉真相；
2. 10年2月此车有一次事故，moderate accident，好像是前面的bumper换了。请问这
种moderate到底是个什么概念？
另外，如果这次买了这车，小弟打算2年之内就买新车而把这车给卖了。
综合以上信息，版上高人有什么看法？ |

front和新Highlander差不多，都很好。侧撞比新Highlander还要好（B柱－20.0 vs -
18.5，HIC也比Highlander低不少）。

发帖数: 350 | 49 不好意思，前段时间太忙，没来得及做更新。最后的结果是：上小额法庭，法官判决
Geico赔我2000刀的diminished value。基本达到了我的目的。
事件处理的过程分享给大家做个参考。
1) Geico从始至终不承认事故车有diminished value这个事实。不愿意make any
settlement。背后的原因（我猜）是他们在我所在的城市有全职律师专门负责打官司，
上庭对他们没有额外的cost。
2）据此，我选择了和律师合作。和律师谈的deal是：赢了，他拿走1/3；输了，他不收
任何费用。
3）我没有通过律师找appraisal，因为他提到他找的appraisal出庭要按时间收取一定
的费用，financial risk太高。所以我是在网上找的的http://www.avrecovery.com。他家收费是appraisal报告220刀，后面电话出庭免费。事后证明该appraisal的上庭经验和专业知识都很丰富。没有给Geico留下任何可challenge的地方。
