这个我觉得是不是应该deductible越低越好？250刀差不多嘛？一旦修车有时候就是

作关系的，这次过来是考察来的。当时老师不在，所以就让我代替他招待了。当时在老
师的许可下安排了一顿午餐（老师说了留好小票，然后他报销），结帐的时候用了信用
卡，并且用了课题组另外一个老师给的大概是Research Foundation （RF）的一个tax
exemption form。现在准备报销，结果一下出问题了（问题比较复杂，但是大概就是老
师可能不能一个人说了算了，需要学校领导的approval）。
我有几个担心的问题，希望各位给予建议：
1. 这种工作午餐的钱，到底是不是在合法的报销范围内？9个人吃了$130（包括小费，
但不包括税）。我怕一报上去，领导说我们不能用公款招待visitor，那一下把我和导
师全放进去了。
2. 假设报销不顺利，最后不能报销的话，我在报税的时候把这部分消费税补上，还会
不会还违反规定。我现在主要是怕被人说misuse exemption form。如果违反使用了这
个form会被监禁和处以$20,000以下的罚款。

昨天跟秘书咨询了半天，最后说对于项目里的工作会议，餐费是可以报销的，也可以用
exemption form。我昨天担心半天的就是怕领导说餐费不能用RF的经费报销，这样的话
我等于就misuse了那个exemption form，那就罪过大了。
昨天要了老板的手谕，今天秘书已经去帮忙弄了。她说有了老板的手谕，应该问题不大
。而且告诉我以后只要与钱有关，都必须先得到老板的手谕才能行，省得麻烦。学到了。

办公室1日指出，一对华裔母子（图）欺骗民众将资金投入其公司，谎称资金将用于贊
助美国前总统和副总统访问大陆和台湾，受害人多为居住在美国的华人。这对母子于10
