代理说是可以免签证停留七天的
但是为了保险起见，我还是打了电话给日本大使馆
打了好几个等了n久终于接通了。。。以下是签证官给我的说法：
1.代理的说法是完全错误的，不可能免签证七天
2.Shorepass（落地签）想也不要想，因为太多人misuse（出去机场再也不回来了），
所以现在shorepass无比严格，除非你是真的因为飞机延误，必须停留一晚（这个本来
就是shorepass的作用）
3.如果是F1签证,phd的话，需要准备以下材料邮寄到最近的日本大使馆：
1)passport

3)passport size photo * 1 (size 2*2)
