上午在HR一起给律师打电话（第一次），问我到哪步了？律师说还在准备PERM材料，决
定走EB2，我大吃一惊，不是去年年底就搜集了我的个人信息吗？怎么还在第0步？人家
说我情况比较复杂，在跟公司商量决定是要用我国内的bachelor+更多的工作经验，还
是美国的master+少点工作经验。我说为什么不用master+所有国内国外工作经验，人家
在HR面前为难的说：因为那样出来的prevailing wage公司达不到。。
我石化。。。。。。。
还让我补这个那个工作经验、写故事，感觉根本在过去半年就没上心过，我太天真了。
。被mistreat不说，还不知道要等到猴年马月。肝儿疼。。
还是跟我去年拿到GC的朋友求婚算了？如果公司file了EB2，我要是真的结婚了，还能

堆东西。他是传奇人物，自然不能按照常人的想法去揣测。我大胆的猜测可能有以下原
因：

1）刚开始对她还比较满意，觉得她确实在照顾孩子上有一套。
2）做饭只是一般，口味咸淡总是拿不准。
3）人很健谈，为人强势，也好也不好吧
4）电话特别多。按理说帮人坐月子，一天到晚的忙，有时间白天就孩子睡你也睡好了
。可是她有空都接电话了。
5）给我做月子， 我一直觉得的还挺好的。但是，在最后一晚，我泵奶时，看了看监控
器，发现我女儿还没睡，应该是Peggy已经喂完了，拍了会，我女儿还再哭。突然，
Peggy象拎小猫似的，一下把我女儿抱起，没有托孩子的头。我女儿吓得，一下子就不
哭了。然后，就听着Peggy 好像是又拍了拍，就又把我女儿放到床上。我女儿又哭了，
她就又是很生气的突然把我女儿抱起，还是没有托孩子的头，我女儿又是吓得一下子不
哭了。有孩子的人知道，月子了的孩子很软，抱起要托孩子的头。 象她那样子凶巴巴

刘mm刚跟我那会还很傻很天真。某天，跟阿兰，雷丽一起聊天。阿兰经常叫我

感觉楼主个人冲得太前了。
其实没什么大不了的，往后也没更多损失。律师觉得材料还可以的话不如试试法庭一条
路。找找以前走掉的员工看看能不能出庭证明楼主的话。证明公司mistreat你个人。要
求赔偿。除此之外其他意思就不大，把更多人卷进来只会让事情更复杂，更难以解决。
事实上阿三花的不是你个人的钱完全不用为公司心疼。对于阿三扎堆良莠不齐可以用饥
饿疗法。找理由让公司管理层把项目大部分钱用掉或者砍掉。留下只供维持核心团队运
作的。然后不停为嗷嗷待哺的三哥申请新的项目和钱 - 如果公司不给，请公司决定他
们的去留。 |

现时至少已有25名现任或前任女性骑警，目前正计划向皇家骑警展开集体诉讼，控告在
职场上受到各种“打压”(mistreatment)，包括被欺凌、歧视、性骚扰甚至性侵犯。
这些女骑警在工作中涉嫌遭到性骚扰及虐待，代表她们的安省律师宰特泽夫（
Alexander Zaitzeff）表示，他正与6名卑诗省及安省的律师为诉讼作预备工作。他形
容各样打压包括“持续而可怕的欺凌、充满憎恨的工作环境，甚至性侵都有。”

part is that Lin wasn't rooted for by the local fans any more, which in
return resulted in his mistreatment from the team being justified seemingly
and his sacrifice for the team unappreciated!

我一开始一直觉得肯定是波波在教训小卡故意不让他上，给他点儿颜色看看，让你搞内
讧不好好打，我就是豁出去今年的战绩不要了也要把你给收拾的服服帖帖了才罢休。。
。波波多铁腕啊，他干出什么来都不会让我们刺迷惊讶的。。。
但是最近的迹象看起来好像比这个要复杂，看起来已经彻底决裂了，波波也收拾不住这
个局面了。。。无论是小卡认为他被马刺mistreated要走，还是看马刺没有夺冠希望要
走，还是跟波波双方看不对眼要走，anyway都不重要了，重要的是必须赶紧把他搞走（
如果他非要走的话），但是是不是本赛季已经没有机会做trade了啊。。。：（
所以最stupid的就是马刺GM在交易截止日期前的故意不作为！看看骑士队，多有决心，
一看局面有问题马上当机立断take actions来止损。。。sigh
我那天查了无数次，直到眼睁睁看着那个截止日期pass了他们毫无动静。。。我真心觉
得那真的是挽救马刺这个赛季唯一的也是最后的机会了。。。现在真的可以说是把我已
