not right. For those who do 谅解, they did the wrong thing for their own

who are to decide whether or not to forgive.

You are being discriminated based on your sex being a woman. If you were
mistreat at work you should file a complaint with your HR department to let
them have a chance to correct it. But if you are already terminated, you can

我如果怀疑小孩的 care 不够好，我就会抽时间偶尔去学校看小孩的情况
（尽量不要让小孩看到你，否则不排除人神共愤。。。）。每个 center
的系统不一样，video 或者高点的窗之类，但应该有。而且州通常给你这
种权利（可以了解州法对于此方面的保护）。注意大大方方的进去，不要
像贼一样。。。lol。。。看到老师打招呼，特别是看到校长打招呼（这个
最重要啦。。。）。。。不要给人去调查的感觉，要给人观察小孩然后想
办法帮助小孩渡过较为困难的时期的感觉。。。另外跟其他家长混得比较
熟。。。其实 formally complaint 是最后的选择，如果走到那步通常
联系下家做两手准备了。。。如果上班的，挂着上班的胸卡去看，不用拿
下来。。。 |

daycare时我们就发现她in general遇到亚裔比较放松。不见得是老师mistreat，你也
不用老从别的地方找原因。我会多鼓励孩子，也会和以前的老师，现在的老师，

我妈是个很能干极端要强的人，于内于外都强势，在我印象里基本对我没有温存的时候

印象深的事情有，有一次两个哥哥要读大学去了，她去买牛肉干给他们每人一包，一颗
也没给我，并且以一种厌弃的语气说：等你考上大学了也给你买，意思是你没资格吃。
还有每次下课去她的单位要钥匙回家总是一见面就训斥作业做了吗。看别的小朋友妈妈
一见面都是亲热地搂着。我心昏暗啊！
最难堪的是我高中来例假，她知道了，一句话不说垮着脸扔给我两个她用过的带子，我
当时有点自闭，所以不知道怎么用也没敢问她或朋友，所以高中三年对我来说就是一场
彻头彻尾的恶梦，经常因为例假来的时候在教室里出状况，所以我那三年自卑到尘土里
，什么都没学，幸好运气不差考上了一个很一般的大学。这个阴影影响了我一辈子。

The book was referred to me by a union representative when I talked to him
about a mistreatment. He says it is a very useful book. At Amazon people
highly valued this book.

reasonable. If you felt mistreated, you should only target your boss and not
frustrate anybody else. You have already let your emotion get in the way,
regardless of the reason, and it hinders firm performance. If it continues,

路。找找以前走掉的员工看看能不能出庭证明楼主的话。证明公司mistreat你个人。要
求赔偿。除此之外其他意思就不大，把更多人卷进来只会让事情更复杂，更难以解决。
事实上阿三花的不是你个人的钱完全不用为公司心疼。对于阿三扎堆良莠不齐可以用饥
饿疗法。找理由让公司管理层把项目大部分钱用掉或者砍掉。留下只供维持核心团队运
作的。然后不停为嗷嗷待哺的三哥申请新的项目和钱 - 如果公司不给，请公司决定他

我查了公司的non-retaliation policy. policy上说，公司不允许任何的retaliation

我打电话过去，是个3rd party, 说case已经传达至我公司。估计跟EEOC一样的，都是
让公司自己先解决。
我昨天咨询了当地的一个律师，但是对方不是employment lawyer, 他说他愿意去给我
当mediator,但是他实在是没有料理过employment case. 他推荐了一个比较有经验的
employment lawyer给我。
Employment的case一般律师都不愿意接，第一是没有特别solid evidence不好打赢官司
（比如他们用你performance not meet standard来bypassing racial discrimination
or retaliation)第二是如果上法庭折腾了1年也赔不了多少钱。我查了EEOC的settle,

I stayed and enjoyed a promotion and a raise and second time, 2 years later
, I left.
but I have green card. also previous boss was a decent guy and we got along
very well. so I trusted him and I didn't get mistreated by any means.

These facts can be easily verified but the underneath truth and reason can
be very hard to find out due to people’s immigration and job concerns.
There also could be chance that everything that happened was a coincident

ago, in very bad shape and health. Put all my time in my work. Then I
decided to use 4 hours total each week for gym workouts. Two years now, I am
in excellent shape. So don't mistreat yourself.
