If you are using parse SDK, I mean, yes, you need to rewrite your client app
. If you just use its restful api, you don't need to write your client app.
Backend ? it's a complicated topic. If you leave your business logic in
backend (cloud code in Parse), you might have some trouble with migration,
but in general, it's javascript code so you will think your own backend
stack.
If you handle some business logic in your app, you wont' have too much
problem with migration.

arrived neurons in mammalian OB throughout whole life. However these new
neurons are generated in SVZ, then migrate through RMS to OB.
One pretty recent interesting finding is this SVZ-RMS-OB neurogenesis also
exists in human brain in which chain of neuron migration was thought to be
not present. (See cover paper of last week Science, groups from New Zealand
and Sweden)

There are quite some research efforts trying to figure out what causes
cancer cells to metastasize. No real answer has been found yet (A lot of
molecules are involved.) For research, as the last time I did a literature

如果看migration就直接把细胞分进去，
要是看invasion就先用matrigel coat一下，然后再把细胞分进去。
然后根据细胞migration/invasion的能力，过一段时间后，把里面那个well上层的细胞
擦掉，fix一下，用Dapi染染底部穿过去的细胞数目。时间要提前摸一下，太久了细胞
可能就掉下去了，太短了穿不过去。。。

云老师发了个贴说清华目前的找人标准，很多人不相信。特地调研了一下清华生命学院
最近回去的人的情况，如云老师所说，绝大多数都有2cns，如果只有一篇cns，那基本
上还有>2的子刊。这个不仅仅局限于胖老师经常说的结构生物学，而是所有方向都基本
如此。
当然这些新回去的绝大部分都是千青（有些不是的是因为回去那一年千青还没开始）。
网页上的Title有的是教授，有的是研究员，估计当时还没有统一。但校内一律都是副
教授，也就是相当于这边的AP。我还特地打听了一下，国内的TT制度好像没有Tenured
Associate这一档，清华5年考核通过了就是正经的full professor。
有些老师看不上国内的科研，我就仅列出两位回国后的publication，咱就不说颜宁等
这种Early T的个例了。说两个没太有名气的，还没有评上T的，各位老师可以参考一下

adhesion的形貌和intracelluar actin network的3D组织有关，而actin network的形
成又和ECM的力学和几何形貌有关。比如在表面上，fibrinectin coated surface的大
小，形状都影响actin network形貌和细胞形状。从二维到三维, 拓扑上的改变更为剧
烈。所以看不见通常在二维成像上定义的focal adhesion斑块也属正常。
可能更重要的问题应该是调控二维表面focal adhesion形成和稳定性的蛋白们是否也调
控三维cell-ECM相互作用和cell migration. 在三维, 过去已经知道会形成
pseudopodia. 这个结构调控细胞migration, 而这个结构的形成又被focal adhesion
proteins调控。如果宽泛地把通常的二维focal adhesion和三维pseudopodia看作同一
套调控cell-
