都是很繁琐琐碎的活，但是老板就是不太愿意在这上面投钱
migration很容易造成现有系统的动荡，一不小心客户就开始complain了
那如果不是一些特殊原因，比如你们m$把一个license fee从$1800调整到$9000这种
一般公司都懒得动，所以first mover就有优势，用aws用得好好的
吃饱了去换cloud平台，for what？任何一个软件的migration都有风险
要重新测试各种狗血事，所以一般都不愿意做 |

移民必须要经过他们的认证啊？他们说：those seeking to migrate to Australia as

了。不过有几个问题想请教一下：
1. 我给老婆孩子办了移民，他们还没登陆。等登陆后，是不是就可以领补贴了？我在
澳洲一直没有收入记录，还欠了学校一笔助学金未还（10多年了）
2. 我老婆要过去生小孩的话，是不是到了后就能约上医院？国内的产检记录啥的那边
应该认吧？内西区的医院我知道，北区不知道有啥好医院不。。
3. 我儿子在国内的接种疫苗的记录，澳洲认吗？我看好像有个什么Child
Immunization啥的。。
4. 我妈妈刚刚拿到了父母探亲的签证，是那种三年的，但是好像有个No Further Stay
的限制条件，那要是我妈妈以后过去申请Aged Parent Migration，应该怎么操作好？
Aged Parent Migration有一个条件就是现有澳洲签证不能有No Further Stay的限制。
我妈妈可以主动申请取消这个探亲签证吗？（虽说会亏了买保险的钱了）

经验 3年在60分的职业 10分

所以如果30岁以下, IELTS 4个6就可以总分 125超过 标准(120)了.
相信好多人都够的.
2) 然后就需要AU的机构评估你的职业和经验(这样你才能递交你的申请)
计算机类的就是ACS.org.au
3) 然后就要考IELTS , 对大家来说到6不是什么问题。(如果有配偶也要考。
不然要多花2千多学英语钱.很不值得)

n)的问题，最后不得不采取虚拟机这种开销相对较大的方法。一般文章和课本中都会谈
到隔离是OS的一项功能，但一般都不会强调现有OS实现存在的问题。如果没有认识到这
一点，就很难理解为什么虚拟机会这么火。隔离是如此重要以至于可以牺牲20%的性能。
目前OS的隔离大致有下面几方面：
1.硬件和软件的隔离。用系统调用API来抽象底层硬件，这样应用程序就不需要考虑不同
厂商的硬件间的区别。理想的情况是只有一个标准的API，但现实是流行的操作系统有3
个，每个又有若干个版本，以至于API兼容性本身成了一个问题。这个问题的解决方法是
虚拟机。较早的尝试是java虚拟机，但是java这语言本身不怎么行，没法一统天下。最
后绕了一圈发现Intel的体系一统天下了，硬件间的差别没有软件的差别大了，于是就有
了虚拟机。跨体系的虚拟，比如IA32和sparc之间，目前还是没法有效实现的。
2. 用户间的隔离，主要是对恶意用户的隔离。一般OS通过给对象（文件，进程等）加用

本人背景： 2013年上市前不久加入twitter， 之前在一家公司做了5年。 前不久离开T
跳到另一大公司。
待遇：T对员工还是比较慷慨的。我加入的时候离上市已经很近了，仍然给了不错的
package。 当时也有拿到其他offer，回过头来看来T是对的。 因为上市前给的股数多
，即便今天T的股价已经跌得很低， 总数仍然不低。
技术：T对工具／环境的一致性很重视，一定程度上方便了engineer的工作。hiring
bar一直比较高，所以engineer的质量不错。 可是另一方面， 过分的追求一致性导致
工具更新时要做大量的migration。有一些优秀的engineer因为不愿做migration而选择
离开。 这里特别要提一下Scala， 语法功能过于灵活，又没有自动化的工具做
standardization, 导致不同的developer写出的代码差别很大，维护代价高。

used by smallmouth bass during summer ranged from 0.1 to 4.6 m. Smallmouth

我目前在某Forture 100公司主持data migration的自动化测试, 坑爹的offshore把简单
的问题搞大搞复杂来多要钱, 弄得新的数据库妖精一样...
!! 问题: 我的approach还能再好点吗?
Source: SQL Server 2005
Target: DB2
如何测试Data Migration? 两种方法:
1. Sequential comparison
从Source DB得出个recordset A;
从Target DB的出个recordset B;
从A取第一个record, 到B用loop来找, 找到看B中的相关data是否正确.
