Just olive oil & butter in the pan, sear it both sides. depends on the
thickness, 5-7 mins first side, then less mins on the second. then you can
add white wine for sauce or nothing. s/b great.

is the first 13 rib bones and meat taken from the pig's back. Part of the
meat is from the loin so it is very meaty. If the pig is young it is also
called baby back rib.
spare rib
is taken from the belly therefore the meat is less and the bones are not
aligned as nicely. We chinese usually cut it into small pieces. It's cheaper.

bug RB in college.
Yet MSU still hold well at the beginning of the game and at the end of the
game. Meaty front 7 tend to do better like MSU/IOWA and smaller DL usually
get run over very quickly.
I was so hoping to see how Alabama handle OSU run offense but not gonna
happen this year and next year with a new OL/RB nobody knows. |
