Speaking of american meat, they contain too much
blood because american don't get rid of the blood
when killing these animals.:)
Besides this, all the meat have been frozen, which adds more
frozen ice in the meat.
If you slide the meat and fry it, make sure it's defrozen
completely and sink it in a lot of water to get rid of
as much blood as possible. Then dry them with paper towel.

Usually we cook human meat on a fire, but grill is harmful to the stomach,

of a lot of items has gone way down.
As mentioned by the other posts, the meat used to be good no matter the cut.
Then a few years ago they introduce "prime" and "choice" selection. "Choice
" is terrible, it would be tough and tasteless; so I would buy prime. But
then that became poor quality where it seemed they were labeling the meat as

平时在超市里面看到的那种小盒装的turkey 就是那种有水分的white meat 夹在
Sandwich 里面还是挺好吃的。
过节在家吃火鸡， 把 gravy 做好很关键，mm自己搜搜recipe吧。
不然做出来的火鸡既干又没味道。
还有火鸡不能吃多了， 吃多了会犯困的， 好像是说鸡肉里面有种酶是让人睡觉的。

got a test result for iron deficiency, so I need to eat more meat.
For my kids, 牛奶 is a no-brainer - it has more calcium.
I'm all for a diversified diet, and when possible, with preferrence on
organic or antibiotic free milk/egg/meat, and organic or local fresh
vegetables. |
