Romaine Lettuce Burger
80/20 (or 70/30) Ground Beef
Add seasoned salt ($1.5 in Walmart) or Burger Seasoning ($2 Walmart);
Pan grilled into burger patties, 1 lb beef can make 3-4 patties;
Romaine Lettuce, use outside leafs, I use 3 leafs to make a wrap.
Do not cut lettuce, just place two in the bottom, add a patty （你可以把一块

Crab season 终于到了！今天去买菜发现活蟹才$3.39/lb。立马买了一两磅多的螃蟹回
来做虾蟹粥！味道极其鲜美！趁螃蟹还没下市，赶紧发上来方子。
材料：螃蟹，虾，米，玉米粒罐头，lettuce，姜，葱，鸡精
步骤：
1. 大米泡半个小时。
2. 姜切丝，葱切成葱花，lettuce切丝.
3. 泡大米的同时，清理螃蟹和虾。把螃蟹上锅蒸，蒸死就关火（这步有点残忍。。）
。把腿、钳子都卸下来。肚子里的脏东西都清理掉。螃蟹表面要清理干净。虾去虾线。下图是清理好的螃蟹和
虾。（螃蟹壳我还留着，一起煮到粥里。）
4. 烧水，准备开始煮粥了。等水开后，下米。中小火焖煮。中间记得搅拌一下，不要

Crab season 终于到了！今天去买菜发现活蟹才$3.39/lb。立马买了一两磅多的螃蟹回
来做虾蟹粥！味道极其鲜美！趁螃蟹还没下市，赶紧发上来方子。
材料：螃蟹，虾，米，玉米粒罐头，lettuce，姜，葱，鸡精
步骤：
1. 大米泡半个小时。
2. 姜切丝，葱切成葱花，lettuce切丝.
3. 泡大米的同时，清理螃蟹和虾。把螃蟹上锅蒸，蒸死就关火（这步有点残忍。。）
。把腿、钳子都卸下来。肚子里的脏东西都清理掉。螃蟹表面要清理干净。虾去虾线。下图是清理好的螃蟹和
虾。（螃蟹壳我还留着，一起煮到粥里。）

lettuce 不能给兔子多吃，特别是 Iceberg lettuce.
容易引起肠胃不适应。那些比较黑，水分没有那么多的
可以。 lettuce 本身没有什么营养价值的。 |

美国人一顿饭里有素菜，就是以汉堡上夹上一片西红柿，两片菜叶子。或者牛排，猪排
旁边放两个brocolli,基本就是做点缀用的。要么就是拿着一盘生菜像兔子一样嚼。
去美国超市，卖的素菜就是西红柿，lettuce, 黄瓜，蘑菇，brocolli, 有些地方有一
些nappa cabbage(就是中国的大白菜）。超市80%食品是罐头工业生产垃圾食品。
美国学校公司的食堂里，典型卖的就是：汉堡，made to order sandwich, pizza, pasta, salad bar. 你想吃蔬菜，要吗去salad bar当兔子，要么靠汉堡里夹着两片西红柿, lettuce. 这饮食结构正常吗？
美国人平时家里做饭典型的吃些什么？天天汉堡？pasta? 每天蔬菜摄入量怎么保证？ |

那儿帮又我查了一遍carfax，结果发现这个车实际里程17万多，整整多了10万迈，那个
卖车的，把carfax上面从4万跳到15万，之后的记录，所有的最高位的1都抹掉了。
真惊险，另外今天取现金的时候向银行职员抱怨了一下，说卖车的不收cashiers'check
，银行职员提醒我要小心。我最后要对他驾照和title上的信息，防止买黑车，结果他
找不到驾照。
