什么是“车梨”？
你选的参照物可能有问题。“车梨”何“荷兰豆”都不是大众食品。说水果要说苹果/
橙子/橘子/西瓜等大众水果。说蔬菜要说西红柿/土豆/lettuce/broccoli/cauliflower
/cabbage等大众蔬菜。
澳大利亚肉类便宜吧。beef stew, t-bone steak, chicken breast, pork chops等什么
价钱？
牛奶鸡蛋便宜。cheese价格如何？
汽油60元11加仑，折合每升1.20元（=60/11/4.546），和加拿大相当，或者比加拿大稍
微便宜一点。
汽车价格也合理，开大车多付些钱也没什么。小肛车是什么概念？加拿大的Honda CRV(
I4)是小肛吗？

从那里路过，心想他们也许有改进，于是就进去了。 点了几道菜，非常失望。
孜然羊肉： 15刀一盘，只有巴掌大小在盘子里，下边是最便宜的lettuce当垫菜。 肉
片是在油里捞过直接进盘。 说是羊肉，但我敢说，那绝对是猪肉。
炒辣肉： 外观，分量，味道跟孜然羊肉一样。 也是猪肉。
烧饼： 用的是美国最便宜的cake flour，吃起来掉渣，完全没有筋道。黄颜色是加的
碱面，碱面味道很重，口感非常干。
面条：用的是挂面，煮得过头了，稀软软的。
无锡排骨： 就是海带炖排骨，12刀，只有6块荔枝那么大的排骨块，比食堂做的还难吃。
饺子： 这是唯一还可以吃的，馅的味道还可以，加了很多味精。
他们的价钱如果比分量，比很多其他中餐馆要贵一倍。
结论： 他们是质低价高。我以后永远不会去这家在cambridge mass ave上的青岛园了

东西比较新鲜，salsa，corn，meat，lettuce吃着很舒服
牛肉猪肉鸡肉都可以选
口味可以选辣和不辣的sauce
牛油果做的guacamole和饭菜伴着吃好香
一个大大的burrito或者一个bowl也就6块多吧，我一般不要chips和drink，自己带水，
大部分时间都是和老公两个人一起吃完。 |

我的combination是： burrito bow + pinto bean + fajita + pork + salsa + corn
+ medium spicy + sour cream + lettuce
Burrito bow 能装的多一些，而且吃起来没那么狼狈。我最喜欢他们家的pork,曾一度
觉得跟西安肉夹馍里的猪肉有点靠近。当然还是有距离的啦。 |

好可爱，做什么都要先翻一下旁边的cookbook找recipe,
偶点了chef's salad,
结果看他先是上了leafy green，又换成全部lettuce,
然后开始往里倒鸡块，还问边上的人哪一个是ceasar dressing,
偶就很分特，然后他放了些crouton，cheese就准备开始给偶乘盘了，
虽然偶不常吃salad,但是刚刚读了menu才点的呀，
正义还是要捍卫的，于是乎问道
"这里头不是还应该有bacon么？"
他看了我一眼，很热情的说，“没问题，给你加bacon"
加了bacon，又开始装盘，偶只好指着边上的menu给他看，
他分特了一下，还有ham&turkey呀，
于是急忙对照自己的recipe,
幸好那字大，偶一眼看到上面写着chicken ceasar salad,
指给他看，于是两人分特至死，
他又从头来过，最后又忘了给偶cronton了，
他自己忙着感慨说他该被开了才对，呵呵。
偶鼓励其一把明天会更好，没料道他还不领情，
说明天周末偶放假，真是分特呀。

因为不喜欢喝浓汤，所以下奶汤以别的代替。
这是我看了几份资料，中西结合，自己总结的，欢迎补充指正。
很多中国食谱过分强调红糖，猪肝的作用，但是它们的坏处有可能得不偿失。
一，几大原则
少量多餐，在原来一日三餐的基础上加上早点、午点和晚点
每天两杯蜂蜜牛奶，两个鸡蛋，两个水果
每日牛奶、鸡蛋、鱼、瘦肉、蔬菜、水果、五谷 "都来点"
- 蛋白质的来源：牛肉、鱼、虾、鸡蛋、芝士、动物内脏、豆制品
- 钙的来源：牛奶、蛋类、芝士、贝壳类、豆制品、炖骨汤。
- 铁的来源：鸡蛋，肝、心、蛋黄、牛肉、鲤鱼、虾、绿色蔬菜、香菇、黑木耳。
- 维生素的来源：蔬菜、水果、糙米、小米、玉米、豆类。
- 多食用汤水：肉汤、骨头汤、鸡汤、鱼汤和粥类，促进乳汁分泌。

我吃过最好吃的Taco: El Ranchero的ground beef Taco

Taco是最常见的Mexican了，估计提起Taco,大家就会想到Taco Bell. 和炸鸡一样，
Taco Bell的Taco败坏了真正的Taco名声，让咱们老中对taco以及墨西哥菜的印象都很
烂.
Taco说起来就是tortilla放上肉，放上topping。 fancy点的topping东西多：生菜，
pico de gallo，cheese， 西红柿，香菜…… 可以是soft taco，就是tortilla是软的
；也可以是hard taco，就是tortilla 是炸过的脆的。 tortilla可以是面粉做的，也
可以是玉米粉做的，都是个人喜好。

那个很有名的arni's junior salad很家常，就是一堆lettuce，肉块，和cheese颗粒，
但是非常的好吃，量也很大（对我而言-_-）。还有个senior size的，不知道有多大。
。。
Original bbq pizza很好吃，从7''到很大的都有。就是有点咸-_-，不过老美吃的东西
里一贯放很多盐，no surprise...
价钱不算贵吧，俩人20刀左右能搞定。

1. 出门前放一杯米到电饭锅，start cooking!
2. 到Chipotle排队。
3. 轮到你时发出最灿烂的微笑，当店小二是你多年未见的老朋友。
4. 问你要什么，千万不要order burrito, 说要salad.
5. 问你bean or rice, 答none, but a little more on the meat please.
6. 问你要什么meat, 答 pork, chicken, and steak.

本报讯 美国有线电视新闻网(CNN)六月初连续两晚报导农药对人体的毒害，在多吃蔬菜与水果有益健康的观念驱动下，现代人也吃进不少农药与杀虫剂。非营利环保团体「环境工作团」（Environmental Working Group）指出，全美非有机裁种的12种蔬果，施打的农药与杀虫剂多达67种。
CNN以《有毒的美国》（Toxic America）为专题报导，由印裔的顾普塔医师（Sanjay Gupta）介绍“环境工作团”取自联邦农业部以及食品与药物管理局（FDA）对近10万种蔬果的农药报告，得出12种含农药最多的果蔬，以及农药最少的15种果蔬。
