there are other peripehral lesions, then a needl biopsy or maybe VATS can
be utilized to get tissue diagnosis,
without actually getting a tissue diagnosis and gave patient cancer

，今年4月复查时长到9×6mm。查阅了相关资料，据说大致可分为两类，一类呢是良性
的（如胆固醇性息肉，炎性息肉等），这类息肉至今没有病变记载，可以认为是不会病
变的息肉；另一类是腺瘤性的，存在一定比例的病变风险（吓死人了，但愿不要啊）。
而且说是理论上来说，如果息肉大小超过1cm的，就要行预防性胆囊切除。上海北京各

1. stage iiB disease has a good prognosis if actively managed. so don't
worry too much.
2. UVA phototherapy is recommended unless it is not available.
3. bexarotene is a newer drug recommended over first generation retinoids.
if you are taking first generation retinoids, you may ask your doctor to
consider switching you to the newer drug. one common adverse effect of

大概从一个月前发现左下腹疼痛，就是和肚脐平行靠近腰的位置，有时还放射到相同位

• 疼痛一周后去见obgyn，给physically 检查了子宫什么的，说正常。
• 一周后疼痛不减，就给做了妇科的B超，也都正常。
• 又过了一周，做urine test排除肾结石，也negative.
• 当时obgyn说他能想到的一个可能是endometriosis, but need to use
laprascopy to confirm. 因为是创伤性的检查，不建议马上做。 所以先做了个之后又
做了腹部CT （oral and IV contrast）, 结果总的说也正常。具体内容如下。我怀疑
