before he said it. Prior to Lee producing evidence to defend his position,
nobody knew whether those accusation was false or not. So not in a million

我是在2年前首先通过mitbbs上发起要求提升H1B名额，同时要求严查ICC提交多次申请
的白宫请愿。大概半个月的时间签名人数达到了7万多人，并没有到10万有些可惜。当
时也是希望美国政府能够看到我们的请愿，即便当年无济于事，也希望会对以后的申请
人能够有所帮助。
我在这里写这个，是想通过我一些观察来抛砖引玉来说说这个请愿有没有作用，还有没
有其它的方式比起请愿来更加有效果。希望国人能够在危难中团结一起想办法，而不是
