before the start of the 100mile one, I wore my 3-lay-running clothes with a
big jacket to get a glimpse of what those 100 milers looked like. Wow,
Scott Jurek really has a 1000Watt smile, then I noticed both Scott and Anton
Krupicka were wearing shorts at this about 20F temperature. Well, they are

The 1:23 goal had not much base and was more of mental. I knew I was much
better than 1:24:46, that I did last November, but apparently nowhere close
to my 1:21:06 PR. In order to PR(<2:58:35) in Boston, I felt I needed at
least 1:23 half. So 1:23 it was after it turned out to be a perfect race day
with temperature around 49 and 16mph wind.
I disregarded the wind, cause I figured most likely it would be on and off,
thus would not affect the run that much.

she's very aggressive. a few hands ago, she raised J7s on button, I 3bet her
with J7o. flop came TT9, I bet she called, turn was an 8, i check raise her
all-in and we split the pot.
basically she knew i'm loose aggressive and she knew i knew she's loose
aggressive too.
So in this hand her button raise and my BB 3bet basically meant nothing
given our history. Now, if she really had a big hand, I think she would
raise big, make it look like a bluff. Her very small 4bet size |

there's actually nothing to brag about, i was nursing my 10-40BB stack for
most of the time and was never a favorite in any sense. i didn't double up
with any premium hands much either, except i busted SkillVille, ex ftops
champ with AK, he got AK too and re-shoved me, i luckily hit 4 card flush.
my hands held up in a few coin flips while i was on the slightly behind side

无数，但玩了15－20分钟后能明显感觉到自己在桌上有edge.本来是买了200的（想着1
－2 NL 200也够了），一看这个GAME这么容易，毫不犹豫补足300。一对比，真的觉得
LOCAL的GAME真的很TOUGH，很多玩得好的。但在BORGATA玩，桌上基本没什么tough
decision to make. 倒是我把整个桌上的人搞得稀里糊涂的，该CALL的不CALL，不该
CALL的又CALL了，自己心里都在暗自发笑。随便聊聊整个过程吧。
说实话，去过VEGAS很多次了再去AC真的是没点兴奋劲了，所以晚上到了那里也就直奔
BORGATA玩POKER去了。其他哪里也没去。走到BORGATA POKER ROOM门口一看，还是挺壮
观的，DEALER告诉我总共有85张桌子，确实算很大了。然后马上找了张桌子坐下，一坐
下DEALER就要我ID，都快30了，每次去CASINO都被查ID，真是很无奈。坐下后瞄了一下

么都经历了。 有最LUCKY的SESSION，有最TOUGH的CALL，也有最ridiculous的对手，真

I bought in for $200. After about 2 hours, my stack was over $400. I stole
a lot of pots and I never showed down a hand during that two hours. I always
took action when I knew everyone was weak. Anyway, here is the hand that

发帖数: 1128 | 48 打牌我觉得首先要精力集中，吃好，睡好。不要给自己太大压力，太大压力会影响发挥
。技术上我认为一定要AGGRESSIVE。要敢BET，千万不要想我要输了怎么办，只要你认
为RAISE或ALL-IN在这个时候是正确的MOVE，那就不要犹豫，不要想着输了可是好多钱
之类的。昨天我无数次想RAISE他们，因为我知道他们也没HIT FLOP，但都犹豫了，怕
输钱，玩得一点都放不开，最后结局很惨。今天表现好多了，有时我知道对家比我牌大
，但又不是很STRONG， 我一般就RAISE，最后他们都FOLD了。下面举几个例子。

fish. They are usually good or average players. That's why they can afford
to be regular. I know some really bad players in the casino I now play. They

a young black guy who sat down 15 minutes ago. BB checked. I had both of
them covered. Flop Jd 10d 7h. Checked around. Turn was a 10h. BB checked,
and I bet 15$. Black guy and BB both called. River was a 3c. BB checked. I
thought for a minute and then checked (figuring they both missed, so better
