不过想到一个例外，攀岩相反，只用一个toe来在岩石小突起上想平衡的时候

好久不来了，忙着写论文毕业呢。
最近几个月健身的内容有所变化，跑步暂时不跑了，spinning也是一周上最多3次。开
始练习热瑜伽。还有一周一次boot camp. pole还一直在练，每周上4个晚上的课。。
奔个新进练的pole trick--knee hold.
hold住以后，upper body 要与地面平行，然后老师要求我们做side crunch 若干。。

住了，不缩了，然后早上穿着overknee出门，中午正好变knee high，适应昼夜温差，
过了中午去厕所拉一拉，又是overknee，再缩再缩，缩到knee high正好晚上回到家，
又温暖了，怎么样？ |

，一下体会到当年阿甘同志的心情。。。。。。
跑步确实让人愉悦，不跑得晚上我都坐立难安，但跑多了也随即出来麻烦，最新学到的
就是RUNNER's KNEE，老胳膊老腿，活动多了，我爽了，他们不舒服，总是在晨起和夜
晚提醒我一下他们的存在。补钙，短期内，人家不买账，我就转而买了2套KNEE BRACE
，挺有效的，穿起来颇有麦迪同志的样子，脱下来时又顺便体会了一下麦迪的心情。。

GYM里有点GAY吧的意思，帅哥颇多，横看竖看都经得起考验，美女真少，常常要一分为
二的看，脸看着舒服的，就不要追求脖子以下的样子，背后看体型超好的，就要忽略人
家练WEIGHT时镜子里的一脸狰狞。。。。。。
终于可以不带歉疚的大吃垃圾食品了，反正增加那点卡路里，都可以交给GYM处理。 |

的Q5 整个total了，不过人没啥大事。
但是据同事说他的腿被撞得挺厉害，虽然没骨折，但是疼得不行。
今天碰上他说买新车了，换了辆MDX，因为有driver knee airbag.
好奇之下查了下，发现日车棒车用这个的挺多，Chevy也用这个，甚至好多钓丝车都有
，德车用的却很少。MB的C系列有，VW的golf有，SUV上反而没有, Volvo也没有。 |

这里做加起来可能要十万美金左右
而且医生建议说MRI+PSI，会比较精确。国内没有这个技术。这又多了好几千

In the afternoon she went to skate as usual. Pain came up but then
disappeared after a short rest.
In the evening, she did a little bit stretching. When she goes to bed, the
pain is so sharp that she starts to cry.
The pain is OK if she has some pressure on the left knee, like, standing
straight. But if she lies on bed, the pain is overwhelming.
Any idea what this is and any suggestions how to treat it?

knee wrap一般都是运动员用，包括力量举和奥运举的，他们用这这个东西一般都是两
个作用：一是预防受伤（他们玩儿的重量比较大，基本上没有啥300磅以下的），二是
有伤，为了不耽误训练用这东西保护。
咱们普通人练练身体，强度没有那么高，像楼上说的，如果哪里不舒服，缓一缓，找找
原因就可以了。不舒服后真像继续练，在重量适当的情况下，可以用护膝，沃尔玛有卖
，这个东西不光是训练的时候带，平时也带，帮助恢复。
腰带只要是上了重量就得带我觉得。我蹲一般225以上才会考虑带腰带。提315以上戴。
总之，护具的目的是关键时刻保护你不受伤，但是这个东西不应成为你锻炼是后的依赖

deadlift伤腰的可能性远大于伤膝盖的可能性。你操心操错地方了。 |
