绕在一起发展。。。不过还是不明白 distribution of justice 是什么意思（汗一下
，现在学校的 Law and Justice 研究所作 RA，听那里的头儿也提起过这个term，当时
以为就是 distributive justice，不过现在看来不是），正义的分布？是不是就是指
在不同的 ethnic group，region，gender 和 social class 中的平等正义？
说起 distributive justice， 耶鲁的 John Roemer 96年写过一本 Theories of
Distributive Justice，就是用 economic theory 研究 political philosophy （and
justice in particular）的，呵呵，可能会和你想作的东西相关吧，不过他这里的
distributive 完全是政治经济学上的 distributive。

A. This would leave gay Californians without the right to marry in the state
and would tell the roughly 40 states that do not allow same-sex marriages
that there is no constitutional problem in limiting marriage to a man and a
woman.

repeal Proposition 8 through a ballot measure and could give impetus to
