Most voters continue to blame the struggling economy on the recession that
began during the Bush administration, but the number that trusts their own
economic judgment more than the president’s is at a new high.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey of Likely Voters

前两天拿了一张超速罚单，很郁闷，作了些research看应该怎么办，找到了北卡的一条
重要法律，Prayer for Judgment Continued (PJC)
不用找律师，不用交罚款，不用找律师，一定要上庭，要交court fee。
当Procecutor问如何plead的时候，说Prayer for Judgment
这个不是guilty，也不是not guilty，也不是plead for mercy，而是法律规定下你的
一项权利。直接Case dismiss，不罚款，不计DMV点，不涨保险，查你的driving
record，会有PFJ 用于某某事情的注释。
每个家庭（不是个人）每三年可以用一次，每五年可以用两次。
