部分 ($1200-$1000)算是income,需要交税.用turbo tax只有 $500 mortgage
interest 不用交税, mortgage中的principle也算income,所以$1200-500=$700 要交
税。

现在的情况是,好些个有投资潜力的小区已经不允许作为investor买了
只允许primary resident, second home, 或者给父母或者成年儿女买的以自居为目的
的买家。
我的情况是去年初刚买了二手房,房子较老,但是学区好,我是不愿意搬到这些新小区
来住的。而且房子离这些小区都不到50 miles,似乎也不符合second home/vacation
home的条件。儿女还小,父母没有绿卡,也不愿意到美国长待。
有人建议可以先按primary resident先买房子,然后出租即可。但是我担心是不是会
mortgage fraud,会不会带来很严重的后果。如果我买完后通知lendar,改变用途,愿
意接受稍高的investment rate,是不是可行?
