research, etc. of course, it comes with higher return if price goes up.
buy REIT, is relatively much easier on the other hand. And since it's a
portfolio, much diversified, lower risk, of course, lower return if
housing bloom again.
So just for investment, any recommendation on physical house VS. REIT
funds? |
