不知道楚汉相争时的政治和后勤体制是什么样的. 不过那时候打仗是不是对后勤要求低
, 一半靠抢就可以了?

我觉得组织化是个历史性的进步, 一旦上去了就不会随便掉回来. 虽然现在社会比较自
