into the police station to arrest him - either he has an arrest warrant or
not - if he has, he doesn't need to "lure" him in.
I could be wrong - it almost sounds like someone's pretending to be a cop to
play a prank on him.
Or it could be a cop who's a friend of his ex-Boss and just trying to
intimidate your friend and who knows, maybe under the police station setting

I have always, always kept my wallet in the front, right hand pocket of my
pants (I am male). It seems to me to be simply the most logical place: it is
typically the biggest pocket, allowing the wallet to slide down a bit more,
