因为纽约州市刑事案件的标准问题。不同于其它州，纽约的有关汽车杀人的法律比较特
殊：如果司机驾车杀人，只对酗酒或吸毒的司机起诉其“驾车杀人”罪或“凶杀”罪。
如果想起诉“过失杀人”罪，必须证明司机在肇事的时候是“罔顾后果”地在开车（
reckless driving）；这是一个比较难达到的标准；而在其它州“过失杀人”罪只需证
明肇事者和其他普通司机相比，开车时没有“合理谨慎”地开（fail to exercise
reasonable care），这是一个较低的标准。因此，地区审查官(或者 DMV 官员)在这个
案子上也是照章办事，无能为力。
那现在去 change.org 签名有可能让地区审查官改变不起诉的决定吗？答案是：几乎不

这个案子材料太多，庭审就一个多月，可以说真相已经离我们远去了。。。
Casey 为什么被认为是凶手，有几个方面的原因：
1. 事前不仅不报案失踪，还对朋友亲人撒谎，试图拖延失踪被发现的日期。
对亲戚朋友说Caylee和保姆在一起，其实根本不存在保姆这个人。
在她妈妈要报案前几天，还说Caylee和自己通过电话。
2. 她妈妈报案后，她要不就撒谎带警察兜圈圈，要不就用宪法第五修正案保持沉默。

manger 要一个研究分析，我就插到电脑上，准备移动给他。
一插上，我就觉得不对劲，因为login 的界面没有出来。我们用的是专用的inmation
secure 的flash drive, 加密的。我就去c 里看，怎么回事，这时候电脑滴滴响了两声
，就自动shut down 了。
我一惊，就赶紧拔下来，结果发现这个flash drive 外观上和我们用的flash 相似，但
完全不是，我一拉开抽屉，发现我们专用的flash drive 还在我抽屉里。我平时也从来
不把它放到我的包里带回家的。
我拿着手里那个外来的flash drive 呆若木鸡，不知道发生了什么，这是 IT security
部门也立即给我打了电话，说他们马上上来。
这个外来的flash drive 肯定不是我的。我唯一能猜到的就是，周末我和朋友逛街，她
帮我背过包，我立即打电话给他，没人接。
