的话得由Sheriff自己掏腰包，但有剩余的话，不管剩多少都归Sheriff私人所有。这不
是鼓励克扣伙食和腐败吗？有谁会高风亮节自己掏腰包为罪犯补贴伙食？
一位名叫Todd Entrekin的Sheriff年薪才九万多，但名下多处房产，最近还买了价值74
万的度假屋。他过去每年从狱犯伙食资金赚了超过25万，而具体每年超过25万多少不知
道，因为Alabama州法律，具体超过25万多少不用上报。被媒体曝光后，这位Sheriff说
